INJURIES 💥 Yes, it happened years ago. YES, the pain went away....but the body REMEMBERS everything & learns to adapt itself to help you to keep soldiering on. Deviation from natural function NOT evolution 😜
Excerpt from a brilliant article explaining our likeminded approach to INJURY.
" This is a fascinating concept. Have you had an ache or pain that eventually went away? Of course you have. ... Maybe, you tripped and your neck was sore for a few days, but eventually went away. Maybe, you had some low back pain after sliding into home base in softball, but after a few days it went away. Maybe you were rear ended while driving to work and hurt in several places, but after a few months the pains went away. Often times, your body does correct these things with few long term consequences. But other times, your body alters the mechanics of your entire body by winding you up a little more to take the pressure off the painful areas. In other words, many of your old injuries that you thought were healed are actually still buried in your body in the form of twists. When you unwind people by repositioning the bones out of place that the body cannot self correct, a person can go back through these old injuries and completely undo the damage from those injuries. Of course, you’ll feel some of those aches and pains again, but once the primary problem has been corrected, you can say goodbye to that old injury forever. It’s gone. Here’s the key however. If you never unwind, these old injuries stay with you forever in the form of a twisted up skeletal frame.
