!!!!! CALORIES !!!!! Losing weight/body fat is a very simple process.... you NEED a calorific deficit. All this simply means is you should consume less calories in the day than calories you burn in the day. If you burn 2500 calories a day, eat/drink 2000 calories & you'll begin to see immediate results. This still means you can enjoy your foods/treats, it just means you'll have to burn them off even more by exercising πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ On the other hand, to gain weight, eat more calories t...han you burn in a day! Meet Luke πŸ˜ƒ - Luke has now joined the team & is running group exercise classes at Marlow athletics track. Luke is a very experienced personal trainer and has been in the fitness industry all of his adult life. Luke brings a range of knowledge and skills to the team and he makes sure everyone who attends the classes, leaves knowing they have worked super hard but also thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the same time.
