Not heard of Hartbeeps?‚ú® Come along and join us at 12.15 on Tuesday 14th May for Baby Bells. ūüß°Baby Bells is our lovely, gentle class suitable from newborn to sitting which focuses on bonding and confidence. We use elements of baby yoga, baby massage, and calming techniques to guide little ones through our magical, imaginary Baby Land and help them to truly experience our soundtrack o...f remixed nursery rhymes and lullabies.
ūüíöBabies will meet friendly puppet characters, be introduced to age-appropriate props and discover sparkly parachutes - all designed to delight those freshly acquired senses and help babies to uncurl and release trapped energy.

As most of you will already know we are making some amendments to our timetable for next term. Here is our shiny new timetable which will run from 4th June. Watch this space for further updates soon of more days to come!!

Our summer 2 priority booking opens Monday at 8pm. Please check our new timetable for updates to class days/times. We have added an additional baby bells class due to the Friday demand so will now also run at 11:00am. Existing customers check you email for details of how to book your place x

I am so happy to announce Laura has joined our team and will she be running sessions Tuesdays and Fridays next term!!
Most of you will know Laura from our recent sessions she's been doing an amazing job and I know she can‚Äôt wait to get stuck in! ūüĆą
... A few words from Laura "Hi, I'm Laura I am a mummy to Sienna Rose who has just turned one. I, like most mums spent maternity leave visiting lots of different baby groups and worrying about managing a return to work. Hartbeeps was one of the most engaging groups we attended and with a background as a performer and teaching dance to children from toddlers to teens when the opportunity came up to join the team I had to grasp it with both hands. I can now enjoy spending more valuable time with my daughter and also enjoy doing something which I love at work. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and bringing some of the Hartbeeps magic your way! Laura xx"
As you all may have noticed I'm almost ready to pop off for my maternity leave ūüôą super exciting times ahead ūüėäūüėć . Laura will be taking over from me from the start of Summer 2 term. I will be back in baby bells classes soon with the little one ūüíē

It’s Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week
Around one in five new mums will experience mental health issues before their child’s first birthday, many for the first time in their lives. This can include antenatal and postnatal depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and postpartum psychosis.
It is so easy to put on a smile and pretend everything is ‚Äúfine‚ÄĚ but the reality is sometimes it isn‚Äôt, sometimes it‚Äôs just hard, exhausting and lo...nely. That is why it is so important to reach out to each other and offer support.
It's so important to try and get out of the house with your little one and it's why we offer free classes to babies under 8 weeks. We say every week it doesn't matter if your baby feeds, cries or sleeps the whole way through class. Our lovely classes are just as much for new mummies and daddies too.
I see small acts of kindness every single day between you all in class and it makes me glow. ‚ėļÔłŹSometimes it‚Äôs just asking someone to go for coffee after class, making an effort to sit next to the mum on her own or just offering to cuddle baby whilst mum goes for a wee! (A pure luxury at times!) These things seem small but can mean the world to somebody having a really tough time. You might be the only person that parent has spoken to all day.
