A huge congratulations to our very own Mouhssine Agroud who married the love of his life, Katie this weekend. It was a lovely day and the new Mr & Mrs Agroud both looked amazing!

Went for murder mystery night it was amazing lovely 3 course meal and breakfast would definitely recommend lovely friendly staff lovely room and murder mystery was amazing

We have just celebrated our wedding at Hartsfield Manor and can't recommend it enough. The venue is beautiful inside and out and the team are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went exactly to plan. Thank you to Helen, Isabelle and the whole wedding/events team for everything you did. Tania & Rick.

We had a lovely sparkling afternoon tea here, the staff were excellent, extremely helpful and attentive. The afternoon tea was lovely and we could not eat it all so went home with some.

Recently had a wonderful afternoon tea at Hartsfield Manor for Mother's Day. Scrummy cakes, scones and nice added touch of roasted veg quiche to cut through all the sweet treats of which there were more than plenty of! (Took 2 doggy bags home �)

Good choice of bottonless cups of high quality tea and coffee...I especially loved my pink pomegranate tea served in my own glass teapot.

Staff were especially attentive and went the extra mile to ensure my Mum was made to feel special, even the added bonus of a bunch of daffodils for each mum.

Sat in a lovely spot looking out over the grounds. Some were seated outside to enjoy the beautiful day.

We walked off our cakes through the grounds and past families enjoying the large chess set, and large expanse of grass to play on. Will be definately come back with the kids to enjoy (although they may eat all my cake!)

My sister got married here at the weekend . Lovely venue with helpful , approachable and accommodating staff . Thank you

Me and my husband had a high tea for our anniversary .the staff was fantastic couldn't do enough for both of us. We sat in a lovely area overlooking beautiful grounds. Had endless amour of coffee and tea of our choice .Had our own butler and he was fantastic and on the ball but also gave us our privacy too . The choice of sandwiches was lovely as my husband is very fussy and I was a bit worried. And the cakes wow beautiful soft spongy beautiful texture and sugar overload but was a lovely experience and a beautiful platter with happy anniversary on it in chocolate and kiwi smoothie. Will definitely go back again. Couldn't fault it .

I won a night stay at the hotel with breakfast, and stayed at the weekend. We got a huge room on the top floor, was massive! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was a very chilled and relaxing stay, just what we needed. We now can’t wait to be back in July for our wedding � Thank you Hartsfield Manor! x

I had my wedding here on the 8th of August last year and had the most amazing day. The staff couldn't have done enough to accommodate family and friends during the day and especially Luke who stayed up with he late ones! Also a special Thank You to Angharad who did everything she could to make our day special and make it our own. Brilliant wedding venue!

Hartsfield is a fantastic venue I have been the resident dj there for 9 years now what can i say. The team are very professional and keep me informed at every stage of the wedding day. There are some great photo ops in the key locations. Thanks again team heres to a great 2017 we are off to a great start see you at the next one

Had my wedding there on this Saturday, 26th May and it was lovely, staff were brilliant making sure everything was going well. Food was lovely. A well enjoyed day by all.

Had my baby shower here on 10th of June, the lounge was set up beautifully and the staff were really helpful. Afternoon tea was delicious! Will be coming back again for my wedding in 2020 as we loved it that much 😊 thank you x

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last week, the chef did an outstanding job with the duck dish. The food was fairly priced with a starter from £6. We are looking forward to having our wedding here next year, can't wait for the menu tasting 😊

We stayed at Heartfield Manor last night. Was advised when we arrived that there was only eight people staying at the hotel and we was given a room in a nearby block which did look like something on a Butlins holiday, but then offered an up grade for £10 extra. We took the upgrade and had a lovely room in the manor but I felt like we should have been put there in the first place if there was only eight people staying the night. But it was a lovely hotel in a beautiful surroundings and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with great service. Lovely bar/ lounge area and nice morning brunch. We started in the outer building and found the walk out to a secluded patio wonderful.

Mark and I got married at this venue over 2 years ago now.

The venue were very organised, reasonably priced for their services, the rooms were magnificent, the venue was beautiful, the food was great and overall had a great experience here.

Loved that the whole wedding was here and that people could stay the night.



Only things that frustrated of were

- all the table cloths at the wedding meal were crinkled, they should be ironed

- their member of staff got biro on my wedding cake, which we could not get off.

- they managed to some how loose my hand made wedding cake flowers from their storage room, they were of great value to me.



These things did not ruin the whole wedding, we still had an amazing day.

Had a great stay at Harsfield Manor, great service, friendly staff, good food and fine accomodation. Room tip : ask for a manor house room at time of booking otherwise you will end up in the annex adjacent to main building. Will save disappointment on arrival.

Lovely place, friendly staff, service was slow. Had to go looking for staff a couple of times

Hartsfield certainly has the Wow factor, but it lack personality from its staff, just arrived after an overnight stay for my 45th birthday my partner emailed the hotel twice saying "we were there to celebrate his birthday" and didn't get a response from the hotel !! We stayed in rook 118 (Junior suite) it was impressive at first sight massive bathroom. Went to have a shower turn it in and the water came out scorching hot, took a while to adjust to the correct water temperature - notice there was no bathrobes so rung (0) and got through to someone, who said we transitioning and I don't think the bathrobes have been delivered she said not to worry I find out and get back to you ( she never rung back)



Bed was lovely and comfortable and the views over the gardens where impressive -



Breakfast went down at 9 am parts breakfast look worn abc over cook - but it was pleasant dead on 9:30 the curtains were drawn which I Presumed you want allowed anymore.



Now the heart of the the hotel is it staff which I have to say felt like they didn't want to be there, one fact is they couldn't be bothered to respond to a email - and Smiles don't cost anything - and there was no real welcoming no offer to take up bags etc - it just lacked something we stayed at many of the DeVere hotels like the Grand Brighton - and they i'm in Preston because they personalise your hartsfield Manor was lacking this.

Stayed last night and was in the annex- akin to student accommodation/down market motel - no room for suit case or anything else. Very small and bed against wall as room was so small!! Restaurant - service bad to mediocre - food bad! Look elsewhere! Not good value for money!
