Went to the Harvester yesterday with my wife and the kids for a birthday meal and found it a very enjoyable experience. We were served by the fantastic Tamas, who even though he was extremely busy, was attentive, funny and charming. When I mentioned it was the wife's birthday he insisted that she ordered a dessert. When it came out it had a candle in it and he sang happy birthday to the wife which really made her day! Even though Tamas was running round from table to table taking orders and clearing tables we never felt neglected, and the food that we ordered was delicious (and piping hot). The only regret is that we couldn't give the waiter a bigger tip. 6 stars!

Went as a last minute meal out, we were greeted by Tamas who turned out to be our server. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else he was very chatty, funny and likeable. He was running around the floor and working very hard. Please give him our thanks for an enjoyable evening.



The food was the usual standard harvester, good quality and not overly expensive.



2 refillable drinks, two starters, two mains and a coffee and dessert came to £48 definitely not expensive.



I would like to apologise to Tamas because we didn't leave as big a tip as we wanted but only had a bit of cash, if we come in again we'll have to give you a bigger tip!

We went there for mother day for dinner the food was so yummy great service always love it there love the refillable cold drinks

We went in to have a family meal at lunch time, the staff were very friendly and courteous to us all. The food was great as well.

I wanted to make you aware of how amazingly kind and caring the staff were in your Crawley Harvester restaurant last night.

We arrived for some dinner- followed by an elderly couple.

After a few mins they both started to get distressed. The lady has recently had a stroke and wasn't feeling well, wanting to leave the restaurant. Her husband kept telling her she couldn't leave because the food hadn't come but she wasn't understand this and just wanted to go. She kept getting up trying to leave. Staff came over to check they were okay and decided it would be best to prepare the food and let them have it as a takeaway. The lady was insisting on a taxi being phoned for them straight away.

The man gave over some details for a taxi to be called and then became upset and distressed about the whole situation.

A chef came out from the kitchen to go and see them and said they didn't need a taxi, he would personally drive them home.

The staff bent over backwards to ensure they were okay and it is so lovely to see there are such caring and compassionate people in this world.

It was a very sad situation to watch but to see the staff rallying around, trying to keep them calm, help them and sort what was a very stressful situation for the couple in this situation- I feel this needs to be acknowledged.

Great staff, amazing food. Great time had by all.

Good service, food came really quick probably because it wasn’t very busy

There was no salmon available but apart from that it was a very enjoyable family meal for my mum's birthday. Staff very friendly x

I had burger...was tasteless and hard...could not taste cheese ......chips not very hot. Hubby had chicken was blood bits showing when he got down to the bone again chips not very hot. The new almost got charged twice for drinks.....good job I checked receipt before paying !Highlight of the meal was the bread bun.......not sure if I will use there again !!

I felt let down yesterday at my local Harvester,i took my granddaughter out for a special breakfast,allthow the overall food was ok,the customer service was very bad.My grandaughts poached eggs were very bad,so we asked for them to be changed to two fried eggs.The rest of us carriedon eating our breakfast,wondering what has happened to the replacement eggs,by the time the eggs had been replaced (after reninding the staff) myself and my friend had almost finished our breakfast . This put a damper on the hole morning,and spoiled a special time I was having with my granddaughter.( Not a Happy Grandad)

Won't be using the Leisure Park Harvester. I went for lunch with a friend and my baby. Was dumped in the corner. Ignored. I turned up early with baby and I asked for a drink and had to wait 15 mins only to be told to get my own drink from the refill machine. I was expected to leave my baby on its own while I go to the other side of the restaurant. Staff are not friendly. Not baby friendly. Definitely won't be coming back here!!

We went there in February food was cold cooked the steak wrong. When asked where the coleslaw was for the chicken meal the waitress argued that it does not come with it. Showed her the menu states this. The best bit was when we complained the manager asked us what we think they should do about it. We will not be going there again for sure.

Wasn't impressed we had breakfast food very greasy and overdone and we came early and ran out of hash browns, tables where left with previous eatets for a long time and had to keep asking for the cold breakfast items to be filled up waitress than took our plates without asking if we had finished appalled wouldt recommend

Very poor service waitress ignored us when we asked her for cutlery as none on the table ordered food took ages when it turned up was cold complained and got offered another meal said no given free pudding and refunded on my meal also witnessed them not wipe over tables after been used saw food particles on table opposite us and all they did was put napkins and cutlery on the table very poor hygiene don’t recommend this place and will never use it again

Took my two children here today. My son had corn on the cob and a knife blade was in it. The waitress took the blade and took my son's food off of the bill. Then said that it wasn't their fault as the corn is delivered in a frozen bag. Clearly not checked with its cooked! They didnt think that taking corn off of the menu would be a good idea to protect anyone else. So please Do Not Eat The Corn on the Cob!!!.

The worst breakfast I've had in a long time. The service was terrible. Staff were rude and were rushing us to order and get the continental breakfast. When the breakfast finally came out things were missing on three of the people's plates and my egg yolks were rock solid. When I asked for new eggs it seemed to be an issue and the new eggs came back covered in oil! Dripping actually and one was still hard. The rest of the food was over cooked and slopped all over the plate. Will not be returning here in the future. Disgusting

That meal was shocking!!! The food was cold, they couldn't deal with my gluten allergy - took them an hour to cook the food when the restaurant wasn't busy! The cooks obviously didn't know how to deal with allergies! They took 20 minutes to bring the bill and then had the cheek to ask us if we wanted desserts! We wont be returning to @HarvesterWest Green again!

Just been for lunch. Had to wait ages to order, so long in fact we had 2 bowls of salad! Food was really bland and didn't enjoy it. The staff seemed so busy and it wasn't that busy customer wise, complaining was no good as there was no one to complain to. £30 not well spent to be fair.

I came into the Crawley Leisure Park harvester for lunch at 1:37pm with my friend. The was very disappointed with the service because even though they took our order quickly, the sr ice was rubbish. The lady that was serving us didn't bother to come over once to see if everything was okay and they asked at the end when we have finished. The food was very poor as I had the BBQ pulled pork burger that came with chips and coleslaw and my friend had the fish and chips. When we received the meals, my burger was burnt and the chips was stone cold and all I could eat was the pulled pork and the coleslaw which was a waste of £10.99 and my friend had the fish and chips and when she received the fish and chips, the batter on the fish was rock hard and she was unable to eat it. I will not be visiting this harvester again due to having poor service on every occasion that I visit.
