We have been to breakfast few times last few weeks whilst Christmas shopping and just wanted to say the service has been quick , very professional and friendly and food very good . Today we visited and the lad that was dressed up as santa was the best santa I had come across in a long time . I m sorry I can't remember his name but he has waited on us before and is always working hard and brilliant at his job . Today he was visiting all the tables as santa , was so jolly and funny and was brilliant with the children and adults . I hope u can pass on these

So had an awful experience at another restaurant when I rang harvester I ask if they had any space I then explained to the lady what had happened and said it was my birthday she was so lovely and said it would all be ready for you when you get here when I arrived she took me to our table which was set up so lovely with a birthday card as well and our waitress who was called Ellie was so lovely and made the experience amazing not only that they gave us a discount as well plus they sang happy birthday to me when they brought my cake out so nice I can’t thank them enough was so lovely thank you so much and I recommend everyone to go here it’s great service and the waiters are really good x

I always eat here as I’m local and often eat after the gym which is located only minutes away.



The food is usually on point but unfortunately tonight my 2 medium rare steaks came out a little too well done for my liking!



However, the manager Paige was more than competent when dealing with the issue! She made us feel at ease with the situation, listened to our complaint and dealt with it amazingly well, and whilst doing so was able to hold amazing conversation away from the topic!



We need more people like Paige within this industry, and bad situations can be turned round within the click of a finger, 5 stars for Paige; and if I liked my steak medium, and not medium rare... 5 stars for the food!

I Would like to shout out to Dave and Paige in the Restaurant, Dave's customer service is second to none and always ready to help our every need and he has been like this the many times we have visited. Paige was ready to answer any questions we had and was so polite and courteous a brilliant waitress . Well done harvester

Going out to eat with two Coeliacs in your party is never easy. Some places still basically tell people that they shouldn't eat out. Not so Harvester, who were excellent. A special mention must go to our waitress, Doris who did her damnedest to look after my very sensitive partner. What she didn't know she went and asked and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, a nice atmosphere but the best service. Great training, give Doris a bonus or a pay rise, she earned it.

Come here occasionally and on the whole have had enjoyable meals. My only slight complaint about the recent visit which is about the kids build a burger meal. Now I don't know if I'm missing something but thought it was strange how it came out made up when it's 'build a burger' ...thought the whole point was to have the the items on the side so you make it up how you like?! .. then my daughter complained about the burger itself. I thought perhaps being only 7 years old maybe she was just being fussy so I tried it myself & to be totally honest I thought the quality of the burger meat was poor. What I will say tho is my meal of original combo was very nice. Overall this place is always clean and tidy, and staff very friendly and polite. I only gave 4* rather then a 3* as all the other times I've been every meal has been satisfactory.

We enjoyed our meal and the server was very polite but the service was very sporadic. At first we put it down to it being busy. But that seemed not to be the case, restaurant seemed to be unattended for long periods of time, with staff chatting near the bar during these periods. Long wait for initial service then food arrived almost instantly before we had even a chance to try the salad. Then a long wait for table to be cleared and another long wait to order and receive dessert. The service seriously let you down guys....

Salad car keeps changing. Had things like olives and pickled onions and gherkins for a while. They need to come back. Arrived early, table not ready which wasn't a surprise as we were early, but had to ask again at our booking time to actually get our table. Food ok as usual, no complaints there really. BUT, after we finish our mains, to wait for half an hour for our table to be cleared, when it was obvious we'd finished because WE had stacked the plates up, and then we still had to ask someone who wasn't dealing with our table to clear it and get our bill, is not acceptable. It actually stopped us ordering desert. And when we left the guy that was serving us was fiddling his mobile and never ever looked up. Kind of spoiled what is usually a pretty acceptable lunch out.

Cant. fault the food however staff were rude. I enquiried about a kids eat for £1 voucher that I got on website and was told that it isn't accepted which I didn't have a problem with until I saw someone else use one when I was leaving. But he bigger issue was after refusing my voucher I decided not to order a kids meal (9month old baby could share mine) the waitress then returned to her colleagues who were stood a couple tables behind us and started talking (loud enough for me to hear) about how it was cheap enough at 3.99 anyway and I was being cheap! So despite the food being lovely this did somewhat ruin my meal.

Was busy and when breakfast arrived the poached eggs where hard yokes, and barely warm. Not that impressed to be honest

So sorry to write this. Toilets unclean no toilet paper.

Server lady not very interested I asked her for a child's menu which she said the portions were very small. ( I have unfortunately got a major stomach defect). I also asked her for calories in the food which she said look it up on the internet.

She was just not interested.

The food was good and the chicken breast was lovely.

My second visit to your restraunt and both times have been a disappointment,the first time I ordered steak well done and I could see the blood dripping off the folk when I cut it and then the waitress took it back to the chef to cook it well done,,which it was supposed to be in the first place,then the waitress came back and the steak was the same such I was waiting for at least 15 minutes in the mean time the party I was with has eaten there meals..then the second time I ordered Fish n chips the waitress brought it out I looked it and said to her what's this ?she said cod I said what cod?she said would you like to change it for something else at this time my partner had eaten his meal.I said to the waitress ill try the gammon 10 minutes later she came out and I said hang on a minute this gammon isn't cooked its red inside,so I said leave it and ill have a dessert can't go wrong with that lead to her.

Felt really let down went to havester yesterday for a meal with the hubby don't get to go out much and the food was awful I was served chicken tht was not even eatable and when u sent it bk they sent the manger out to tell me tht it's how it come well if they chicken is chewwie to the point u can't even bite it yeh great job really put me off as was my favourite place to go also once we was seated waited a good 20 mins b4 someone even come up to us yes it was busy but very rude

But that seemed not to be the case, restaurant seemed to be unattended for long periods of time, with staff chatting near the bar during these periods. Long wait for initial service then food arrived almost instantly before we had even a chance to try the salad. Then a long wait for table to be cleared and another long wait to order and receive dessert. The service seriously let you down guys....

Salad car keeps changing. Had things like olives and pickled onions and gherkins for a while. They need to come back. Arrived early, table not ready which wasn't a surprise as we were early, but had to ask again at our booking time to actually get our table. Food ok as usual, no complaints there really. BUT, after we finish our mains, to wait for half an hour for our table to be cleared, when it was obvious we'd finished because WE had stacked the plates up, and then we still had to ask someone who wasn't dealing with our table to clear it and get our bill, is not acceptable. It actually stopped us ordering desert. And when we left the guy that was serving us was fiddling his mobile and never ever looked up. Kind of spoiled what is usually a pretty acceptable lunch out.

Cant. fault the food however staff were rude. I enquiried about a kids eat for £1 voucher that I got on website and was told that it isn't accepted which I didn't have a problem with until I saw someone else use one when I was leaving. But he bigger issue was after refusing my voucher I decided not to order a kids meal (9month old baby could share mine) the waitress then returned to her colleagues who were stood a couple tables behind us and started talking (loud enough for me to hear) about how it was cheap enough at 3.99 anyway and I was being cheap! So despite the food being lovely this did somewhat ruin my meal.

Was busy and when breakfast arrived the poached eggs where hard yokes, and barely warm. Not that impressed to be honest

So sorry to write this. Toilets unclean no toilet paper.

Server lady not very interested I asked her for a child's menu which she said the portions were very small. ( I have unfortunately got a major stomach defect). I also asked her for calories in the food which she said look it up on the internet.

She was just not interested.

The food was good and the chicken breast was lovely.

Place was heaving. Only one person manning the bar!

They know it will be busy so why not staff the place appropriately?

Irritates me no end

My second visit to your restraunt and both times have been a disappointment,the first time I ordered steak well done and I could see the blood dripping off the folk when I cut it and then the waitress took it back to the chef to cook it well done,,which it was supposed to be in the first place,then the waitress came back and the steak was the same such I was waiting for at least 15 minutes in the mean time the party I was with has eaten there meals..then the second time I ordered Fish n chips the waitress brought it out I looked it and said to her what's this ?she said cod I said what cod?she said would you like to change it for something else at this time my partner had eaten his meal.I said to the waitress ill try the gammon 10 minutes later she came out and I said hang on a minute this gammon isn't cooked its red inside,so I said leave it and ill have a dessert can't go wrong with that lead to her.

Felt really let down went to havester yesterday for a meal with the hubby don't get to go out much and the food was awful I was served chicken tht was not even eatable and when u sent it bk they sent the manger out to tell me tht it's how it come well if they chicken is chewwie to the point u can't even bite it yeh great job really put me off as was my favourite place to go also once we was seated waited a good 20 mins b4 someone even come up to us yes it was busy but very rude
