We had steak which was excellent, the only thing wrong and probably was a one off, was the moron sitting at a family table with his wife moaning about everything, the guys and gals work their socks off in there, get a life you moron. We will return as meal and service was excellent. Thank you very much.

Visited last week for a meal with my husband & daughter. A rare treat for us. We were served by a lady called Sophie was was really friendly & especially great with my 2 year old. Food arrived quickly, lovely & hot. A really enjoyable meal. Thank you

Staff are always friendly and always look to be enjoying their jobs! Salad bar is always kept tidy and looks fresh every time! Delicious hot food and quick friendly and efficient service! Always a great experience here! Love the balloon man that is there on a monday night to keep everyone happy! Very good!! :)

Lunch date with the hubby, great atmosphere food was lovely and so we're the staff. Thank you to the team for making our day out from Worthing great. Cheers

Kathy was an amazing host. Very helpful with all our needs. Really happy with our meals and drinks. Service with a smile an all food was served on time, hot and tasted really good.

Great for Preston to see Kathy again who remembered us and came to say hello but all the staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything

Food is good and selection includes fresh fruit, range of juices and for the price it is a good choice

Recommend booking via website or app to avoid any wait for a table

I enjoyed the meal and service I got from everyone at the harvester even the food down to the seasoning on the chips was really tasty so thank you chef and kitchen team also to the friendly greaters and servers, You made my experience and my sister a very pleasant and relaxing time thank you again.

Took my children out for our regular Friday lunch. we chose you this Friday and what a lovely meal we had and our waitress Paige was very helpful and polite. Thank you you will be seeing us again soon ūüėĀ

Came this evening for dinner and loved it!! The food was wonderful and our waitress Jen was amazing! Very friendly and attentive, offered to change the meat in my burger when I couldn‚Äôt decide what I wanted and was so helpful despite being so busy. The only reason it‚Äôs not 5 star is it was so hot in the restaurant!! Thank you Jen ÔŅĹ

Went for Breakfast on Sunday morning, it was not busy and got seated quickly. I ordered the All-in breakfast. Was told they did not have tomatoes. After ordering I went and got my coffee, juice and fruit. Went back to the table and ate my bowl of fruit, it took about 25-30 minutes to bring my breakfast out which is the longest I have ever had to wait. I usually have breakfast at the Harvester on the Eastern Road in Portsmouth and they are always really fast at bringing my cooked breakfast out (5-10 minutes max).



Whilst eating my breakfast I noticed that they had not given me my 2 hash browns that was asked for when they read out the list on the ordering process. Also after I had finished I waited for about 10-15 minutes before I was approached by the waitress who then didn't ask if I wanted to order again etc (as I had the unlimited breakfast) and just put the bill on my desk and walked off. Nothing majorly wrong with my visit but I do think considering it was not busy etc that the service could have been alot better than it was. Also they seemed to have the toast machine set-up incorrectly as I had to put my toast through the machine 4 times for it to get a little brown....this issue caused a que at the toaster for everyone wanting toast, crumpets, pancakes etc !!!

Sent back onion rings because they were so cold they had a chill to them like they had come out the fridge. Almost sent back my main too as it was warm and certainly not hot. Just didn’t want to wait ages like we had for a mains to come out again. Then to top it off a hair was found in mum’s ice cream. Quality control are failing here. It was busy but not very busy.

Paid the bill in full with no offer to discount for the failings. Won’t be back in a hurry

On arrival, the welcome was non-welcoming by the door staff ( no motivation) to show us to the table.

Arrived at table, found that the placed eating utensils layed out on table, were found to be dirty with old-food still on the knives?

Informed the waiting staff member, whom changed it quickly, but he was not interested in me picking this fault.

Ordered our drinks, OK. Had to chase a staff member to order our main meals etc.

This place looked dirty, dark in appearance. It will seem there as been a change in Management? YET AGAIN

Had a family meal tonight, but spoiled by the freezing temperatures in the pub! Couldn't believe how cold it was, my nose, toes and fingers were freezing the whole time and kept shivering. We were all cold but luckily my kids had jackets to wear. Would have asked to move but it was very busy and people were giving up waiting for a table. Not sure if this is an issue just for the tables by the salad bar area or a general heating issue? Will have to bring several extra layers if we come again!

Went for Sunday breakfast service shockingly slow even waited nearly 15 minutes to pay , came very close to just walking out ! Price was unbelievable I had 2 Rashers of bacon 2 poached eggs 1 cup tea ¬£8.99 !!!! Because I should have had their standard breakfast and left what I didn‚Äôt want - apparently their computerised modern tills unable to cost just bacon & eggs ÔŅĹ would I recommend- absolutely not , would I go again , you could not pay me to go there ÔŅĹ

Well this is my third visit and the service gets slower .. So far 15 minutes for my wine to arrive , goodness only knows how long my food will be..

Really do not understand how you can run a business so badly .. And its the same every time i visit ..

The reason I come back is I stay at the Travelodge nextdoor .. why these other people come back i really dont know ..

If I had no stars that is exactly what I would award it! Terrible food - undercooked chicken, one of the waitresses (the rest were lovely) attitude was terrible who took my food away. Decided to write an email and complain further, the attitudes of whoever was taking care of the email was terrible, I am absolutely gob smacked to say the least and that doesn‚Äôt happen very often. Never had this problem with the branch on the Easter road! Then just to add further insult, whoever it was has stalked my Facebook (I checked in on a completely different post) and on a different post me and my friend was having ‚Äėbanter‚Äô about receiving a free meal when in reality you couldn‚Äôt pay me to go back - apparently in the email I received it was slander as someone from the branch has gone onto my Facebook to be nosy ÔŅĹ. From someone who has worked in catering and been surrounded by chefs (high end ones at that) and waiting staff, this is so unprofessional not to mention the patronisation is ridiculous. After reading the rest of the reviews, there are a big number which are negative and I can see why!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, food is crap , the service is borderline exceptable , again the steak had to go back twice , then be replaced as they couldn’t get it cooked right , and in the end it was still crap and over priced , never ever would I return there . I would of given it minus 2 stars but didn’t have that option .

Hi me my friend and our 2 kids have came for dinner tonight and was told we can use the kids eat for a pound when we got the bill it didn't work they refused to honour it wiv the meal I ordered even though we asked prior to ordering which meals would work with the offer so got left with a bill that cost more then it should of been
