Took Delivery of a new F Pace R Sport which does exactly what it says on the tin. The sales advice and process very professional. Detachable tow bar not available at time I collected vehicle but as soon as it was Harwoods collected vehicle fitted part and returned to me. No charge and no fuss. A dealer I will use again.
The team at Harwoods Chichester were superb throughout the whole purchase process. Damian Constable in particular did a superb job, found me exactly what i wanted and went over and above to get me the car within 4 days. I could not be happier with my new Jaguar.

Our company runs 5 business vehicles, 4 of which are Audi models. The Milton keynes dealer is absolutely useless, they never call back; they book a car in for a service, don't call and when we go to collect it they have not done the job. Once they had not completed a service on one of our diesel A4's because they had no glo-plugs in stock! We have to use them for service but do not buy from them.
I needed to locate a low mileage current model A4 Avant TDi with a B&O sound system, after much searching I found the perfect car at Portsmouth Audi.
I spoke to Mark Tuckey who was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly was interested in selling me a car. I put a deposit on the car during the first 'phone call to secure it and after sorting out insurance & RFL I agreed to collect it yesterday, the 25th April. Collection from Plymouth was made much simpler because Mark gave me a good price for the A4 as a part exchange even though their car was a bargain and he had already given me a few hundred pounds off.
When I arrived I was glad to see a proper reception desk, the charming & cheerful receptionist took me over to Mark's desk. The local dealer does not have a reception desk, you stand around and then are greeted by someone who sits you down and tells you that someone will be with you, this can take 15 minutes by which time you are ready to explode.
Mark & I exchanged pleasantries & he brought me a cup of very decent black coffee. Once I had signed all the paperwork he took me out to the car and would have done a full handover but as I was used to A4's I just asked him to show me anything that was very different.
The whole experience was brilliant, I used to sell cars and everyone at Plymouth treated me exactly as I used to treat my customers, very few dealers come up to my expectations these days so very well done.
The icing on the cake was when Mark telephoned me this morning to ask how my trip back was and if I had any questions. exactly what I was taught to do many years ago, but very few do it. You all exceeded my expectations, thank you.
Just had one of the best car buying experiences at Harwoods. Everyone at Harwoods acted in a very professional manner, particularly Richard Chandiram for whom nothing was too much trouble.
The whole car buying experience was made easy from the test drive which was provided without delay and was of sufficient length to fully appraise the vehicle which we eventually purchased, through to the sales administration which was dealt with very efficiently.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Harwoods to other future clients.
Just bought two cars from the Southampton branch an A3 and Q5 never intended to buy one let alone 2 !!!! Anyway excellent service from the team there especially Gareth and Jon who had a few challenges with the A3. I had almost completely lost faith in both Audi and Harwoods Southampton, following a mis-diagnosis with a 2010 TT (EGR and cylinder head) resulting in two major breakdowns.
On the second occasion, the car was repaired (for no charge of course) by their head technician Dean. They also offered me a free service as a goodwill gesture. But I had lost trust in the car and decided I had to change it.
Having owned Audi's for the last 20 years, I didn't really want to switch to BMW or Merc so decided to buy a new Q7.
I was so impressed both by the deal offered by Adam Best and Jon Clark and their level of customer service throughout the process.
I have now taken delivery and just love the car. Such an amazingly smooth and sophisticated drive. Having gone from a situation where I lost all trust in the brand as well as the dealership to driving my new Audi, I can honestly say how impressed and happy I am with Southampton Audi. Thank you Adam and Jon for looking after me and making it a very special experience. You have totally restored my trust in the dealership, and the Q7 is the most amazing car!!! Thank you!
I bought my first Audi A3 4 years ago through Maidstone Audi, after a bit of bad experience with them recently I started to look elsewhere and found Five Oaks Audi who just happened to be taking delivery of the S3 I had been looking for. Stewart Paton located the car for me, filmed it and sent it onto me. I knew it was what I wanted so went down there on the Saturday to test drive and picked it up on the Tuesday afternoon. Real quick turn around and have to say Stewart has restored my faith back in car salesman. Alex in finance was a great help too and we trusted what he was advising. Would definitely go back to Five Oaks.
Car problems can be frustrating, but when you have a fantastic service department in Harwoods Landrover Basingstoke you know they will listen and do their very best to resolve the issues so that you can get on with your life - David Winslade is the paragon of excellent customer service for me when we had a challenging problem with my Discovery Sport. Thank you to him and the highly skilled team of engineers who work hard behind the scenes :-).

Took my wife's Range Rover in to the Brighton branch for a repair which was duly completed with no issues. However, when I got it home I discovered there was a large scratch on the driver's side rear door that wasn't there when I took it in. I've rung the service team about 5 or 6 times and got no response or call back.
UPDATE - The scratch has now been fixed. Dean the service manager picked up the car personally from my house and returned it with the scratches polished out, cleaned and with a full tank. Much happier now.
Wow. After spending more then 30 mins on going through most of everyone comment, I have to say I have to fully agree to those 1 rated star comment. Regards to communications, it just seems that customer needs to keep bagging them. I had experience that myself, keep calling, email them, never respond. What worst Is, I placed my vehicle order in the Harwoods Croydon Branch for a Jaguar XE on the 29 of January 2017 guess what. I only able to received my car on the 18 June 2017. Is more then 4 month waited and there is no communications at all and it seems like I am begging for a car. They keep giving lots of excuses such as new model coming out therefore we waited for you to come back. They did even promised to give me a weekly update until my car was build yet that failed. I know to the fact that Harwoods Group are real big but are those customer and myself should be treated this way? Is a really shame for such a big company to behaving like this and this experience had already cuts deep that never again with Harwoods on my next vehicle.
Whilst driving with our 1 day old child on the motorway today, my A4's exhaust clamps failed and left the front pipe dragging along.
The AA managed a temporary fix but stressed it must be sorted as soon as possible, otherwise they would not attend another callout.
Turning to Audi Portsmouth which was the closest, I turned up to be greeted by a lovely lady on reception who was very kind and understanding... It's just a shame the account manager and mechanics didn't sympathise enough to even take a 5 minute glance at the problem. Instead, I was instantly told by the account manager that it couldn't be sorted today, and if they could find time to simply take a look, it would be the end of the day as they were "too busy".
Even then there were no guarantees that it could be done after looking.
The last thing I want is to drive a car where the temporary fix may fail, and be left without help in the dark on a fast motorway hard shoulder with a new baby.
We drove up the road and almost passed ATS Euromaster who, although busy, took my car straight in, on the ramp and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I went to pay and the chap told me there was no charge - not even for the genuine Audi parts he had stocked in his box!
A random act of kindness in this world goes a long way to restoring faith in humanity (thank you Stuart at ATS!)
So thank you Harwoods, you can keep your tea, flapjacks, muffins and shortbread and stick them.
