I have been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010. I have recently passed the Junior Intermediate 2 certificate.
The sanctuary I find within my practice enables me to live a happier more fulfilled life on a psychological and physical level. I am committed to sharing this joy with others encouraging them also to find this stillness and peace through yoga.

I travelled to Pune, India in 2016 to attend a months training with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Institute. I attend training's regularly with Senior Teachers.
