This week, Lucy Pollock, Joanna Len and our General Manager Petra Austin took part in a charity run to raise money for the Luton & District Children’s Oncology Ward.
Many miles were covered and we've managed to raise over £400.00 so far!

On this weeks yummy taster menu, we had mini salmon towers and mini salmon pieces with citrus and herb crust. All accompanied with Fentimans Real Lemonade (as it was National Lemonade Day on Tuesday).
The restaurant is open to members of the general public so call the hotel now to make a reservation!

Well what can I say,this is the second event I have hosted at this hotel and once again the rooms,food,service,and staff were exceptional.

I am very hard to please and I am used to a certain standard after traveling to many countries and staying at a lot of Hilton hotels.

Some of my guests stayed overnight,and all were happy with the rooms.

The breakfast on the whole was ok but there were a couple of issues but these were taken care of and we were given an afternoon tea to make up for this.

The parking cost was also an issue for me and my guests but on checking in was told that this would not be charged for as we had an event at the hotel.

To finish I would just like to say to the Hilton staff and management thank you for making my 40th wedding anniversary party one I will never ever forget.

We had a lovely welcome from 2 very friendly staff at reception around 3pm on Sunday 8 October. Our room was very comfortable with nice decor and hooray! Nice toiletries and tissues provided. The restaurant menu was extensive and portions very generous. Staff there very friendly too. One tiny comment. The young guy on duty in the restaurant carried the drinks with his hands round the top of the glass where the customer was going to drink. Ugh! Might be worth mentioning at staff training. We had an early start but a taxi was included to the airport as we had reserved parking at the hotel for our holiday duration. Check out was very easy at 5.10am with pleasant guy on duty. Taxi was on time and easy 10 min journey to Luton Airport. We will certainly return to this hotel. It was excellent.

Visited at the beginning on October for one night before an early morning flight. Stayed in a family room as a couple. Very impressed with the hotel. Service was excellent including our meal in the evening. Room was very spacious, spotless and comfortable. Will defiantly be returning next time we fly from Luton

This a a great hotel for Luton airport, friendly staff, clean room, nice little bar and the food in the restaurant was very nice, all in all a great hotel.

Parked and stayed prior to our holiday. Hotel was fantastic staff very helpful. Arrived back after 17 days and picked up our taxi, which was included in the cost to and from the airport. Everything ran smoothly. Would use again but not until Luton airport gets its act together

Our second stay this year and could not believe it but this was just as good as the first time. Lovely and professional reception staff and restaurant staff. Taxi arrived on time to take us to airport all part of the service. We would throughly recommend this hotel to all and for comfort too is second to none.

Nice place to drop for short stay with breakfast and dinner to all tastes so I will come back anytime there.

Lovely place to go for coffee, to meet a friend for a chat, informal business meeting or to just read the paper and chill. Comfortable, clean and modern.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great food, they really think of everything like a microwave room where you can borrow cups plates and cutlery, laundry room, ice machine, complimentary gym, excellent and definitely stay there again.

If it smells like Luton, it taste like Luton, also I have to reach 50 characters so I'll try to start on my novel here... It was the best of times..

Always a good experience at any Hilton. Consistency every time & exceptional staff in particular here. Great selection of food - had a beautiful vegetarian option while here. Travel size accessories available to buy 24/7 & are so reasonably priced - a gift to be able to purchase make up remover wipes (it's the little things that matter). Great location to airport. Breakfast was amazing! Cosy hotel throughout. Could not fault in any way possible. Will most definitely return. And again, praise for all the staff - reception, bar, restaurant & accomodation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay when flying out of Luton airport. Rooms are well equipped and breakfast is excellent. Transfer to and from airport well organised.

For hotels near an airport a great experience. Exceptional check in staff without fault, the best. The bar and food less so. Pizzas probably do have to be on a pre prep base at these places but do all you can to lift us from grease 2. please

Average, no prepared food after 10pm. It's either a sandwich - or you Are given a fried chicken delivery menu! 😫

Stayed here twice. First on my birthday valuables and gifts were stolen by housekeeping because the assistant manager had 'forgotten' to lock the lost property cupboard. The hotel admitted liabilty and partially reimbursed so we stayed again a few months later and were overcharged for someone smoking in the room. was not addressed about this had to enquire myself and i was shocked. 50 extra quid taken for free. Manager Petra very nasty was not willing to cooperate or even listen. staff at the desk came across so rude. Had to get police involved and trading standards. Nightmare experience Never Ever Again!!!

Spent our wedding night here after getting married across the road at puttridge bury in April. Totally disappointed � we paid for the special wedding package where we were supposed to come back to the hotel after the wedding to the special Hilton suit, package was supposed to include, Champaign on ice, bed covered in rose petals and a special breakfast to our room in the morning. But instead we returned a a very dirty room! Had not been cleaned after the previous wedding guests! � no rose petals, no Champaign, and no breakfast in the morning! What we found under and around the bed was old rose petals and loads of screwed up tissue and dirty used condoms! Plus the room itself was covered in dust! Completely shocking. Completely ruined our wedding night � after telling reception all we got was a sorry about that let us take 50% off your final bill!! Thank you for a great wedding night Hilton! Won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone

I'm so angry!! My Uncle had booked to come and stay for 3 nights for a family wedding. Unfortunately his brother, also the father of the groom, passed away very suddenly and the wedding was rescheduled to next year. I am appalled and disgusted that you would still charge for a room that was not needed and then when he asked if he could the move the booking to next year instead you would not let him do that either. There was a lot more family that were also planning to book to stay for the wedding next year but we will certainly NOT be booking with you. In such awful circumstances how can you not have shown a little empathy and compassion?
