we stayed over the bank holiday weekend 5 days to the hilton reading
the rooms were very clean and quietly furnished, the wlan worked perfectly
the service in the hotel restaurant was very good and the food was very tasty and always freshly prepared
especially we would like to emphasize the waiter Raja who has wished us all and was very loving and obliging
the breakfast was very rich and the pancake machine is a real dream
we look forward to the next year when we are back at their hotel

We have stayed here three times and found the service excellent and this weekend was no different, spotless room and a great meal in the restaurant. It's a great base within driving distance of central London the staff are really nice and we only paid £66 for the room parking is free what's not to like, we will definitely be back.
We had a lovely afternoon tea for 4, it was very tasty and the champagne was great. The staff were all very helpful and polite we will definitely be returning �

Check in was quick and easy and the rooms were lovely and clean AND COMFORTABLE BEDS, also with everything you'd need; WIFI ironing board, iron, hair dryer, fridge etc.
Great facilities too! Lovely pool, sauna.
The restaurant was amazing.
A lovely stay. We only stayed for one night but we could have stayed for a week!
We booked to stay for my sons 10th Birthday as we'd been to Legoland that day and after going out for the evening, on return the staff had made a lovely gesture of a personalised birthday dessert for my son which was so lovely and made him feel very special.
The staff were so good I can't thank them enough.
We will visit again very soon.

Quiet, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good value for money with good choice for breakfast included. I always stay here when I run my daughter back to uni each term.

Great to have slippers and water as standard. And excellent attentive, customer focussed responses to any and all needs. Will definitely stay here again and may try other Hiltons over Marriott to see if the standard is common. Great staff all round here. Thank you Daniel, Simona, Vanessa, Elizabeth, Claudio, but I have missed many others.

Bought afternoon noon tea from Groupon for my daughter treat! Sunil the restaurant supervisor has given us excellent service that's why I'm giving u 5 star he made us feel welcome and gave my daughter surprised birthday cake! Champagne coffee cakes are good but the sandwich are taste bland but otherwise staff are very friendly! Will definitely come back again!

10 out of 10 .... staff excellent .... Reception ladies on always on good form.
Excellent in every way except I couldn't get in at the spa which was why I chose the hotel in the first place! Price of the hotel was reasonable, the room was lovely, reception staff were fantastic, set up of car park to hotel etc was fab and the service provided on top was fantastic! We had it all: room service, taxis booked, movies purchased on room etc... would defo stay again.
We stayed over with a coach break for the harry potter studios tour. Dinner and breakfast were all included in the price...or so we thought. When it came to dinner no choice at the buffet at all for children so we had to pay extra for the children's meals. I complained to management and have also complained to Jones motors. No refund given but hopefully they will change things for the next group of visitors.
I was at the Hilton Reading for a conference. The conference room was great, the lunch was lovely and access once in the hotel was fine. However, as a wheelchair user, the carpark was difficult to negotiate and the first signs I followed to reception led me to a dead end (fine if you could walk between cars!) so I had to backtrack and go a different way. Then I was fortunate that another visitor was there to open the door to the lift/stairway entrance as I would have struggled alone. The door to the stairs is not marked as such but thankfully I realised before I struggled with that door too. The lift is tiny and it would have been a squeeze if anyone else had got in the lift with me in my chair.
Had a lovely stay the room was great not enough tea bags sugar and milk though. Food was excellent. The dissapointment came when it came to the pool we were here for a spa break children in the pool till gone 7pm no where to sit as only 5 loungers and 1 bench was not relaxing at all.
Staff require training. They have not been taught how to serve, or customer service in hospitality. Also tried the afternoon tea offering but i was not impressed. Whipped cream instead of clotted cream, staff unaware of the booking (internal communications issue), tea offering not to the standard expected from Hilton, and general staff training was obviously missing. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Just before Christmas I purchased £150 worth of vouchers for my friends and family to use the Ocean room spa in your hotel, I have recently found out this company has gone into liquidation. Why allow me to purchase vouchers for a service that is no longer available.
I’ve tried contacting you guys on numerous occasions with no joy! Awful customer service! I won’t let this lie and will be going to the small claims court if I don’t receive a refund!
