School Holidays Rescue massage. Get away for an hour. Full body massage with essential oils, hot and cold stones, G5 massage, Reflexology, Head and neck massage, optional facial . An hour of bliss for £15.

Reflexology and massage for children 4 to 12 years £7.50 for 30 minutes.

Reflexology and calf massage with an essential oil blend to suit your mood £15

met the most amazing woman called Sue today,had the most wonderful neck,shoulder and back massage with hot stones and aromatherapy oils,felt all my anxiety and stress melt away and can honestly say I have never felt I could be this relaxed and calm ever.

calming environment and lovely music Sue totally made me feel relaxed and calm as soon as I had walked through the door, sooooo sleepy right now which is amazing as my track record for sleeping is terrible.

can't wait for my next appointment,if anyone needs a massage please get in touch with this amazing woman who has the most therapeutic hands in history and I highly recommend xx

Walking in and feeling the anxietys drift away from life. Having several physical and mental health issues, sue researched amd spoke about my conditions. I recieved the most respectful & graceful treatment and felt at complete harmony with my body. Thank you for being the beautiful caring lady you are. Blessed be xx

Saw Sue’s prices on Facebook and thought I’d give her a go, I’m glad I did she’s lovely and calming I had a Deep tissue massage, hot stones and an amazing head massage. I drive for a living so head and neck pains for me. I felt like I could float when I left earlier, feel so relaxed and my lower headache has gone. Booked to go again when she’s back from her holiday � definitely recommend �����

I would highly recommend Sue at Holistic Therapies. I've just got home from the best Reflexology & Hot stone massage ever. The room is warm and smells divine with the essential oils Sue uses, I had orange and lavender, I can still smell them. The bed was super comfortable which was great as I suffer from chronic back pain. Overall a truly wonderful experience. I've already booked for next week.

I visited Sue today after seeing the offer on Facebook, highly recommend going for a treatment. Hot stone full body massage and facial was fantastic one of the best massages I’ve ever had and all for an unbelievable price of £10! Amazing will definitely be making this a regular thing. I had an amazing treat tonight, a massage to ease away all the stress of the day. You must try this with Susan, Holistic Therapies, Old Castle Road Llanelli, next door to Y Lle. Every hour long session just £10. Lots of therapies to choose from. I would highly recommend if you live locally, take the time and get a session booked.

Had treatments with Sue today and I have to say she's fantastic. Such a lovely relaxing environment she has created and the treatment itself was amazing ! Will definitely be returning soon

Had an amazing hot stone massage on Saturday, absolutely loved it! I would 100% recommend �

Had a full body massage today,oils tailored for my needs and also had the hot stones too, few added extras too which were amazing, Sue really knows her stuff.� I also had the stiper quars so I’m hoping these will help with what I had them for,oh and also had my toes read which was new to me but so spot on too? Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next session xx

Enjoyed a lovely massage last week with Sue, she tailors treatment to your requirements and used a variety of deep tissue techniques to tackle problematic areas and more relaxing ones in other areas. Herbal tea after treatment, cosy treatment room with chilled out background music. Left there feeling like I was floating on a cloud, super relaxed! 💆

Can't tell you how pleased I was with the treatment I had and the results also such a lovely lady and the price is fantastic can't wait to go again .xx
