Yet again we attend as a family group. We had booked for a 6.15 time. There was an error on our booking which was resolved swiftly. Even though it was busy you could see from the manager and all staff that they were working very hard. We had a great time and the food was very filling. We shall again attend as we have always had fun. Whilst we went to get our table to eat our food there was previous customers plates and glasses. Staff member apologised for the mess and cleaned it immediately. An example of good customer service. A very positive evening for my family who all had a jolly good game and left with full stomachs.

Went with work palls for a birthday

Music in background was great. Food was great .computer to call waitress who bring food and drink to table

We have visited twice over the last week and both times I booked using offers I had emailed to me making it great value for money. Service was great, staff very helpful and friendly making the event more enjoyable. Stickers for strikes and champion added to the fun also and the barriers coming up and down per player when needed saves hassle between plays. Plenty of balls per lane so plenty of choice with no waiting. Arcade a little cramped when busy especially when trying to get a pushchair around but otherwise great addition for a little more fun after. Overall pleased with both experiences and hoping my son's VIP party this Saturday is a success too �

We had a 6th birthday on a Friday evening during half term! The party host we had was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she was brilliant with all the children! They all had such a brilliant time! Food was brilliant as was the ice cream! Highly recommend party’s!

I had to ask about the VIP area instead of it being sold to me. Other than the seats and curtains there wasn't really any other benefit to paying £1 per person per game but we did as it was quiet that end.



We ordered large milkshakes but we're surprised by the small size of them.



Our son had a lovely time and really wants to go back again soon.

Thanks for making our relocated league (Sunday Frantic 3s) so welcome. Lanes dressed by tech well in time for start at 7, Saffron got us started on time and Megs kept us all refreshed and the lanes are pretty good too! Exactly what we’d want from a centre!

Second time here today & my children enjoyed them selves

I've recently seen a few complaints on how crap the service is ECT ... so I was quite worried at how it would turn out but I had no problems.. Booked all online for a 12.30 slot I had arrived 20 minutes early and was told I could start my game (to which we did). One of the Lady's even went reserved a table for us. My eldest can't wait to come back �

Just had my daughter birthday party here, they all had a fabulous time was great service and was very impressed with the range of food options. Especially loved the healthy range on the menu, my daughter really enjoyed herself with her friends would recommend.

I love coming here the bowling balls are great enjoy bowling and pall table as well have lots off fun and get very excited

Great customer service! I tried desperately to get there today through the floods/ road closures but failed. I thought that would be my money lost but when I phoned and explained they agreed to honour my booking on a different date. Thank you ever so much!

First time visit for us the children and adults in the group.all had a good time really enjoyed the couple.of games they had. All the staff were friendly ordered food using the waiter/waitress service by pressing call button on the panel as shown on arrival . Food was nice little pricey I thought for what you get but tasty! Will book.again.

Been twice in the last month.

Expensive but you get what you pay for generally. Plenty of lighter bowling balls for them to use, lanes are nice.

Only disappointment was price of refreshments.

A very nice venue. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. The one gripe u have is that, in the summer, my sister in law's partner won a letterman jacket for beating the top score on the leaderboard. 5-6 months later, he still hasn't received it.

Bowling experience for me and my 3 friends was great however the food and the service wasn't great. I ordered the games and food online and when we arrived I went to the bar and ordered our burger meals but wasn't asked about if we want anything in the burgers. So when it came out it was just a plain bun with just a burger. No sauce no salad, very bland and had a smell and taste of fish almost like they had just cooked fish in the same oil. I thought they were just making cutbacks so left it but as we finished up I just thought I would ask staff about why we hadn't got salad or sauce in our burgers (I had previously been and not had a problem with our burger meals) and was told I hadn't said I wanted anything and if I had said then I would have got salad but they don't automatically put it in now. Don't think I've ever eaten anywhere that they don't check what you would like in your burger and just serve up a dry burger and bun.

The experience was very disappointing. Our group of 4 had 2 games each and our lane had technical problems the member of staff either couldn’t or wouldn’t help us with. The group missed out on 2xstrikes and 6spares that the lane didn’t register and the first 2 failures the staff member told us he couldn’t edit the scores so we had to either accept the failed score or take our turn again. This made the evening a very frustrating one.

Lane table was dirty with other people's food all over it and glasses. Knelt on the floor to help my little girl, floor was covered in some kind of sticky mess. Old glasses lined up along the edge, so many my husband accidentally drunk an old glass of coke left by someone else! Eurgh. I did clear our table and glasses, but after 5 trips- enough. Staff quick to come and fix skittles when they broke twice. Place was very busy and staff overstretched. I got our own drinks from the bar and luckily brought a packed lunch as I don't think food would have arrived in time during our game as only one poor girl serving every Lane. Would not go back on a bank holiday.

I went for my birthday last Saturday booked VIP for 6 of us was told that we would be able to order from the lane we was on just by pressing a button, so we did as instructed and waited 15-20 minutes and still no one came so ended up going to the bar to order food and drinks, spoke to them at the bar they apologised asked if we had a lane card we said no as was not told we needed one when we got here or over the phone and that was it no help to sort it so paid an extra 10-15 pound for nothing, went again for brother-in laws birthday this Sat no VIP booked this time due to what had happened, asked them about being served on the lane they said that's fine just press the button and someone will be with us, gave us a lane csrd this time, so we did and waited 10-15 minutes looked around saw two employees standing there doing nothing just talking, couple walked passed tried getting their attention but nothing. All in all not a good experience the past two time we have been there.

Booked online for two games for 9 of us. This was our 1st visit to Rochester bowl, and I doubt we will return. The place is filthy, tables and lanes full of other people's half eaten food. Only 2 staff members seemed to be on duty (3pm). Filled in details for players online but when we tried to load the names the staff member said that it doesn't always load? Not sure if it's the system or the incompetent member of staff. Oddly have had an email with scores and a survey that won't load!

No one wants to spend half an hour reading that rubbish when all u want to do is take the kids out to have fun. They have £60 of of our money, which was to do something fun with the kids, and wont give it back. Thats not right. I will never go there again. Still stuck in traffic as well.

Hate this company. Booked to take the family bowling but we are stuck in horrendous traffic so I called them to cancel our lane to be told we agreed to a no refund policy in the t&c's. No one wants to spend half an hour reading that rubbish when all u want to do is take the kids out to have fun. They have £60 of of our money, which was to do something fun with the kids, and wont give it back. Thats not right. I will never go there again. Still stuck in traffic as well.

Yet again we attend as a family group. We had booked for a 6.15 time. There was an error on our booking which was resolved swiftly. Even though it was busy you could see from the manager and all staff that they were working very hard. We had a great time and the food was very filling. We shall again attend as we have always had fun. Whilst we went to get our table to eat our food there was previous customers plates and glasses. Staff member apologised for the mess and cleaned it immediately. An example of good customer service. A very positive evening for my family who all had a jolly good game and left with full stomachs.

We have visited twice over the last week and both times I booked using offers I had emailed to me making it great value for money. Service was great, staff very helpful and friendly making the event more enjoyable. Stickers for strikes and champion added to the fun also and the barriers coming up and down per player when needed saves hassle between plays. Plenty of balls per lane so plenty of choice with no waiting. Arcade a little cramped when busy especially when trying to get a pushchair around but otherwise great addition for a little more fun after. Overall pleased with both experiences and hoping my son's VIP party this Saturday is a success too �

We had a 6th birthday on a Friday evening during half term! The party host we had was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she was brilliant with all the children! They all had such a brilliant time! Food was brilliant as was the ice cream! Highly recommend party’s!

Took our son yesterday as a last day of summer holiday treats and he loved it.



The lights were on and it wasn't like a disco which was good. It wasn't too busy but we had a little wait at the desk to get booked in.



I had to ask about the VIP area instead of it being sold to me. Other than the seats and curtains there wasn't really any other benefit to paying £1 per person per game but we did as it was quiet that end.



We ordered large milkshakes but we're surprised by the small size of them.



Our son had a lovely time and really wants to go back again soon.

Thanks for making our relocated league (Sunday Frantic 3s) so welcome. Lanes dressed by tech well in time for start at 7, Saffron got us started on time and Megs kept us all refreshed and the lanes are pretty good too! Exactly what we’d want from a centre!

Second time here today & my children enjoyed them selves

I've recently seen a few complaints on how crap the service is ECT ... so I was quite worried at how it would turn out but I had no problems.. Booked all online for a 12.30 slot I had arrived 20 minutes early and was told I could start my game (to which we did). One of the Lady's even went reserved a table for us. My eldest can't wait to come back �

Just had my daughter birthday party here, they all had a fabulous time was great service and was very impressed with the range of food options. Especially loved the healthy range on the menu, my daughter really enjoyed herself with her friends would recommend.

I love coming here the bowling balls are great enjoy bowling and pall table as well have lots off fun and get very excited

Great customer service! I tried desperately to get there today through the floods/ road closures but failed. I thought that would be my money lost but when I phoned and explained they agreed to honour my booking on a different date. Thank you ever so much!

First time visit for us the children and adults in the group.all had a good time really enjoyed the couple.of games they had. All the staff were friendly ordered food using the waiter/waitress service by pressing call button on the panel as shown on arrival . Food was nice little pricey I thought for what you get but tasty! Will book.again.

Been twice in the last month.

Expensive but you get what you pay for generally. Plenty of lighter bowling balls for them to use, lanes are nice.

Only disappointment was price of refreshments.

A very nice venue. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. The one gripe u have is that, in the summer, my sister in law's partner won a letterman jacket for beating the top score on the leaderboard. 5-6 months later, he still hasn't received it.

Bowling experience for me and my 3 friends was great however the food and the service wasn't great. I ordered the games and food online and when we arrived I went to the bar and ordered our burger meals but wasn't asked about if we want anything in the burgers. So when it came out it was just a plain bun with just a burger. No sauce no salad, very bland and had a smell and taste of fish almost like they had just cooked fish in the same oil. I thought they were just making cutbacks so left it but as we finished up I just thought I would ask staff about why we hadn't got salad or sauce in our burgers (I had previously been and not had a problem with our burger meals) and was told I hadn't said I wanted anything and if I had said then I would have got salad but they don't automatically put it in now. Don't think I've ever eaten anywhere that they don't check what you would like in your burger and just serve up a dry burger and bun.

The experience was very disappointing. Our group of 4 had 2 games each and our lane had technical problems the member of staff either couldn’t or wouldn’t help us with. The group missed out on 2xstrikes and 6spares that the lane didn’t register and the first 2 failures the staff member told us he couldn’t edit the scores so we had to either accept the failed score or take our turn again. This made the evening a very frustrating one.

Lane table was dirty with other people's food all over it and glasses. Knelt on the floor to help my little girl, floor was covered in some kind of sticky mess. Old glasses lined up along the edge, so many my husband accidentally drunk an old glass of coke left by someone else! Eurgh. I did clear our table and glasses, but after 5 trips- enough. Staff quick to come and fix skittles when they broke twice. Place was very busy and staff overstretched. I got our own drinks from the bar and luckily brought a packed lunch as I don't think food would have arrived in time during our game as only one poor girl serving every Lane. Would not go back on a bank holiday.

I went for my birthday last Saturday booked VIP for 6 of us was told that we would be able to order from the lane we was on just by pressing a button, so we did as instructed and waited 15-20 minutes and still no one came so ended up going to the bar to order food and drinks, spoke to them at the bar they apologised asked if we had a lane card we said no as was not told we needed one when we got here or over the phone and that was it no help to sort it so paid an extra 10-15 pound for nothing, went again for brother-in laws birthday this Sat no VIP booked this time due to what had happened, asked them about being served on the lane they said that's fine just press the button and someone will be with us, gave us a lane csrd this time, so we did and waited 10-15 minutes looked around saw two employees standing there doing nothing just talking, couple walked passed tried getting their attention but nothing. All in all not a good experience the past two time we have been there.

Booked online for two games for 9 of us. This was our 1st visit to Rochester bowl, and I doubt we will return. The place is filthy, tables and lanes full of other people's half eaten food. Only 2 staff members seemed to be on duty (3pm). Filled in details for players online but when we tried to load the names the staff member said that it doesn't always load? Not sure if it's the system or the incompetent member of staff. Oddly have had an email with scores and a survey that won't load!
