excellent staff and they made my nails look beautiful with some gelish and only cost £15.00, i would highly recommend.

Went late on a Monday and they did my nails prefect! Can't wait to go back and try a different colour!

Would never go back to this salon again i got my nails painted with gel polish on monday and the next day they dis coloured i went back on Wednesday for them to be re done he told me i would have to pay again or pay £5 for him to remove them. Would NOT recommend them and will certainly not be returning

Took my niece 10 yr old for what should be a nice treat to get nails painted, the guy was really off with her I found his manner rude, he is abrupt and they persistently speak Chinese over you with out communicating with you at all..no customer skills or customer service, when I challenged him on his abrupt manner when speaking to a child he shrugged his shoulders, I asked for owners telephone number he told me he was the owner, I told him he should know better to be rude, he said im always like this it's my way, I suggested he should change, his reply was go if you don't like it.Shocking customer service very rough when doing nails avoid, I won't use again .

The owner has got to be the rudest, most obnoxious man I have had to deal with.

Male member of staff has terrible attitude. Wrong colour on sample nail, no apology given he just huff and puffed when I questioned the colour. More interested in rushing through as many customers as possible. Was a regular customer, will not be returning and wouldn't recommend.

Ive used this salon loads & on the whole happy but last 2 times not been good! My nails today looked like id done them, ordinary polish, fingers & toes & it was all over! I felt like i was in a sardine tin. Salon fairly busy & pushed fm bar to chair to waiting chairs. I think ill try somewhere else next time
