Here at Horizon we are more than just a leisure centre! Take a look at our video to see what we have to offer and how we can help make your life better!
We visited the soft play today and my little boy loved it. Really well thought out and easy to supervise the children. We loved the theme and thought that's gone in to it. We will definitely be back!
The havant one is great the staff their are so nice and friendly their and their is so much cardio equipment their and so spaced out as well
Spent several hours today at the indoor play area at Horizon Waterlooville. I was very impressed with how clean and well looked after everything was. All the staff were great with the children and very helpful. Will be recommending to all my friends with children under 12.
My son (5 years old) came to holiday club today and it was, in his words, “amazing!”. Thank you to the staff for making sure the children have a great time, with lots of different activities on - swimming, table tennis, baking, crafts, board games. He loved it!
My boys, aged 6 & 4 both love the play centre at Waterloovilles 'world of play'! The soft play and theme is great, the area for adults is great and all staff are very friendly and accommodating! Our most recent visit was for the Easter party, they absolutely loved playing/partying with a disco and a visit from the Easter bunny! We will all be returning again and again!
I'd be able to give that extra star if only there was a policy of staff moving social media whores off equipment when they're sitting there taking selfies or InstaGoogleTweetFacing that one rep they did. It's a gym, not your lounge!
Otherwise, it's a fantastic facility.
I would give a lot more, if they too a stance to people that sit on equipment with their phones doing nothing, also trainer should keep eye on people that are not using correct technics, i see them and normally go and say something, only because my partner is a trainer and taught me...:-D bad technics results in damage
Went swimming here this week (Waterlooville) and was a bit shocked that hairdryers had been removed (!) and there is a padlock system for lockers where you have to pay £2.50 for a padlock which is then *non-refundable*! Water could do with being warmer too, no way I'd bring my kids.
Declined a visit here again today, instead with my mummy group we decided to go somewhere designed fully for children and parents.
Walking to and from the play area with a group of children is crazy. Then to have to leave the area and take all the children to an open cafe which isn't particularly child friendly to eat is crazy.
Food is ok in the play area but only if bought from a vending machines...
