Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing system which is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive healing technique. Shiro Abhyanga is a gentle head massage which helps to release stress that has accumulated in the tissue and joints of the head, face & neck. Pada Abhyanga is a foot massage which is wonderfully relaxing. Treatments can be combined and work well together. You can decide how you feel on the day of your treatment what you would like me to focus on. In addition to being a Reiki Master & Teacher, I also trained with ITEC in 2009 and hold a certificate in Anatomy & Physiology. I qualified with Ayurveda Pura Academy & I also work with Australian Bush Flower Remedies. I am fully insured & a member of Reiki Pages. I'm passionate about this work and cannot imagine doing anything else. My main objective is to help people feel better and stay that way. I run regular Reiki training courses & energy workshops.
