This is this gorgeous boys first stay and we adore him! He doesn’t stop purring and is so much fun 😻

This gorgeous family of American Curls have been staying with us for the last week. These two boys adore each other and completely melt me 💕

This lovely boy has only arrived for his first visit today, it’s so lovely to see him settle in so well. 💕

One of the differences between running a cattery compared to running a cat hotel is that I get to relax with the guests on a full size bed 💕😻, there really is no better way to spend the day 😎

We are having a lovely relaxing bank holiday Monday in the sunshine. How similar are these three lovelies who all come from different families 😻😻😻

This gorgeous boy is having his first stay away from home, suffice to say he is pretty relaxed about it 😻

Today all our guests are mostly sun bathing ☀️. This lady adores her window bed where she can watch the chickens and birds 😻

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking such great care of our cats again this year. You could tell they were relaxed and happy, quite annoyed that we had returned to take them home.

We have just picked up our two Silver Tabbies, Coco & Oscar who have had a lovely stay with Jackie & Tim. They are not used to being away from us but have had a lovely holiday at Hotel Cat. Jackie and Tim have really looked after them responsibly and lovingly as if they were their own cats. I don't think our cats were aware we had been away! They certainly looked liked they had the time of their life watching all the farm animals. We fully recommend Hotel Cat without reservation we couldn't be more delighted with the service given by Jackie & Tim. Their every need was catered for. Thank you so much. Coca xx & Oscar xx

Thankyou Jackie for looking after our shy little Betsy. From the moment we walked into Hotel Cat we just knew we had nothing to worry about leaving her. The rooms are all super clean & very large, filled with climbing trees & tunnels etc. It's clear that it's not just a business for you & that you adore cats & all the other lovely pets on your farm. As you know Betsy was in no hurry to leave � Will not hesitate to leave her in your care again x

Our cat Walnut has recently returned from a stay at Hotel Cat - she has previously not coped well with traditional catteries at all (returning very stressed and jumpy). But she absolutely loved Hotel Cat and came back relaxed and happy - as if nothing had happened. I also had a chance to see her in the cattery setting when I went to pick her up - she seemed very comfortable and confident in their surroundings. We will definitely book again any time we need to put Walnut in a cattery.

Our Bengal had a great time on his holiday at Hotel Cat. The room he stayed in was lovely and had everything he needed and more! We felt very happy leaving him with Jackie and I'm sure he will be visiting again in the future! Thank you! ��xx

My two girls have just come back from Hotel Cat after a 5 week holiday. It was such a relief that the girls were there because I know how much love they received. An incredibly spacious, homely, friendly and fun hotel with fabulous owners. Thank you x

My cat bambi also gets very stressed when staying in a cattery but this cattery was the best by far she came back relaxed with no signs of bad skin caused by stress we could not have been happier and would 100% recommend and will definitely book her in to stay again on our next holiday. Thank you guys for looking after bambi so well and for being so welcoming x

My 2 gorgeous kittens spent 10 days at Hotel Cat over Christmas and I honestly can't fault it . From the initial booking stages right through to the chauffeur service it was a dream to deal with Tim & Jackie. My boys seemed to love their stay and came back looking v happy and heathy . I am very hard to please when it comes to my pets but Hotel Cat is a rare find, I would highly recommend it .

Mr Kitty has just had his first weekend away and he loved it. He was made so welcome when we dropped him off and was really relaxed when we picked him up. Jackie was like an old friend to him, not a stranger he had just met and we were happy to leave him in her care as he was happy with her!

Spotless accomodation, would 100% recommend to others.

Mr Kitty is booked back in already!

Jax had such a good time here I almost felt bad taking him home! He was well and truly spoilt with lot's of care and attention, I can't imagine him being happy anywhere else.

Thank you Jackie and Tim for looking after him so well, he will definitely be returning whenever we go away xx

I recently took on a stray who is petrified of people so I wasn't able to leave him at home when I went on holiday this week.

I looked for ages for a suitable cattery & I wouldn't have wanted him to stay in any that I found until I came across Hotel Cat.

The rooms are all huge with lots of activities (plus you can bring your own too) & all have great views of the wildlife (donkeys/goats/chickens etc)

Most importantly for me though is that it is owned by 2 cat lovers so I knew he was in the very best of hands & Jackie knew exactly how to be around him to make him feel as comfortable as possible.

He has settled back at home immediately & is as happy as ever.

I wouldn't book my cats in anywhere else but here

I have several Friends who have taken their precious cats to The Cat Hotel in Sway and the reports that have come back have been excellent. Good news travels fast!

I am waiting to have another cat myself once I have moved House, (I live on the main road atm!) I would not hesitate to leave them with Jackie and Tim whilst I am away on Holiday.

The care they provide I am told is without question and to have peace of mind whilst you are away from your precious animals is all we ask for. Well done Jackie and Tim your reputation goes before you.

Hotel cat is wonderful, our kitties love staying and are treated like family leaving us to enjoy our break, can't recommend highly enough.

Hotel Cat is a real find. Tim and Jackie have achieved something unique with their philosophy and understanding of how cats like to live, creating a real home from home environment. Our cats Frankie and Vinnie settled back home very easily on their return from their stay at Hotel Cat and I have no doubt this is because they were so comfortable and happy with Tim and Jackie. They also understand cat owners – we loved seeing photos of Frankie and Vinnie in their holiday environment – even if they did do a bit of a Naomi Campbell and refuse to get out of bed to pose for less than £10,000! – it helped us have a relaxing holiday knowing Frankie and Vinnie were happy and being so well looked after. The ‘chauffeur’ service is an excellent idea and made transportation much less demanding that it might otherwise have been. Frankie and Vinnie are looking forward to their next visit in October.

Hotel Cat have been amazing! I phoned them very last minute for some holiday cover for by two kittens!



Milo & Tinker settled in very well and were even upgraded whilst I was away!



Spotless, warm, great environment and genuinely caring hosts!



Will defiantly use again!

After seeing how happy and content they were with you, due to the obvious care and attention you gave them, we will have no hesitation in returning to you in the future.

Great location, great people and one of the most picturesque cat hotels one has ever been too. Cat came back healthy and had obviously been fed well and proper. Thank you Jackie!

Five stars aren't enough for my experience of Hotel Cat.

Jackie and Tim have created a wonderful, homely establishment for your beloved felines to enjoy while you are away from them.

We took a trip to view the 'hotel' before we confirmed our 7 day booking and were warmly welcomed by true animal lovers.

As soon as we saw the rooms we knew that this was the best place for our 3 boys whenever we're away.

The amount of space available for your beloved cats to relax in compared to a more regular 'cattery' is enough on it's own to make your mind up. This is not a 'cattery'. This is what you'd choose if you were a cat.

Top that with a very personalized service by Jackie who is a true cat lover, along with regular updates, including piccies, and you know that they're getting SO much more attention and pampering than any other shoebox sized feed and forget cattery, and it all makes other 'catteries 'pretty redundant.

Compare the pricing of a regular cattery to this and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the very small difference between them, factor in the extra special service and it's a no brainer.

As long as Jackie and Tim have this wonderful feline retreat I won't be looking anywhere else.

We would rather plan our holidays around Hotel Cats availability than take our boys back to a regular place. Nothing wrong the old place, but this really is that much more special.

Cannot express how lucky we feel to have found Hotel Cat! Our 2 Ragdoll boys had their first stay in January 2015 and absolutely loved it! The environment that Jackie and her family have created is so unique for a 'cattery' - it really is a home away from home. The boys settled straight in with no problems at all. When we got them home afterwards it was like they had never been away! They seemed totally un-phased by the whole thing - a real testament to how comfortable they felt during their time away. We can't thank you enough Jackie. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Cat to anyone, it really is worth every penny. The boys are already looking forward to their next stay!
