Went here today for lunch with our friend the food was lovely good price and lots of it and lovely surroundings we sat out in the garden..

We have avoided Furzton Lake for around 18 months because of the terrible food and service. Yesterday we tried again and couldn't be happier with the food and service. Try to keep this up Furzton Lake, and we'll keep coming back.

We had booked a table for 6 for the festive menu but arrived nearly 2 hours early so assumed we would have to kill a bit of time.However we were told that it wasn't a problem and the table was already laid for us. We had a relaxing few drinks and were asked to let the staff know when we were ready for starters. As a few large tables had arrived we said we were ready but were really expecting that there might be some delay. Not at all, the starters arrived within a few minutes and were excellent.and the main courses were also very good quality.

I can fully recommend the whole experience.

Stayed in Premiere Inn for the weekend and ate here on both evenings. The food was excellent. Perfectly cooked steak....all came out hot. Staff really nice especially our Waiter from Liverpool.....Great value for money.

Staff was really nice, food was good and more than enough and only had to wait for about 5 minutes or not even that much for it.

Me and my friend booked a festive meal to celebrate Christmas before the chaos of school holidays. The staff were amazing and helped with everything we needed. The food was great and a real bargain for the price. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Well done team furzton, keep up the great work �

We stayed in the adjoining hotel at the weekend and used the pub for all of our meals including the lovely breakfasts. Both Friday and Saturday evenings were busy but the bar staff opened up queues for drinks only rather than customers waiting ages if they weren't ordering food. We did have a slight mix up on Saturday night when my husband ordered our two meals as only his was actually put through the system but with help from Megan and her sister this was quickly rectified and my food was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Sunday 13th May short of staff but food was great ,shame manager did not change my glass of wine for the special offer prosecco, made me spend more ,it is my local . �

Nice setting...the fountain is lovely although dyed blue water isnt necessary. We ate outside as the weather was amazing. Starters came out and were fine...then someone came over to ask if we were ready for our mains. Good service lovely food. My steak was just as i like it. Deffo come here again.

After speaking on fbook to furzton lake, I was told to let them know when I went in for my 50th birthday meal as they wanted to treat me. Went in at lunch today and told staff as we were ordering food. Don't know why I said anything, she wasn't interested, I wasn't offered anything ax I was told, but unfortunately we had the worst meal we've ever had there. It's usually real good food.

I have taken my parents here for Father's Day lunch and was actually shockingly appalled by the staffs responses to a missing part of our order that was paid for. We had our main meals come out altogether but there was no onion rings that had been paid for and ordered as well, upon asking the waitress if what was brought out was all there was she just ignored my family and I and walked off. Thinking maybe she didn't hear us, we waited a little longer and still nothing, after 15 minutes we asked the manager who passed by, that we were missing something from our order and he said he would fix it right away. When then proceeded to eat our meals before they got colder and still not onion rings came out 45 minutes later, waitress and a tall male who had been seen behind the bar were clearing our plates so we asked about getting a refund on the onion rings as they never appeared at all, the young waitress just nervously smiled, looked at the taller gentleman, and he simply grunted and walked off.

This is not good customer service! Ignoring problems or questions that get raised will not do this business any good!

I will never take anyone here for a meal again.

Had to change my order due to meals being "discontinued" and staff not making us aware at the time of ordering. Changed to a chicken new yorker. Come out with cold chips, cold peas, burnt tomato and two chicken breasts. One with cheese, one with a mouthful of bacon on. Not as stated on the menu. Lovely young guy called Tyler brought our food out. Was very apologetic for the mess up with the initial food order. Found us clean cutlery and asked if he could help in any way before leaving us to eat. No check back. When being served we weren't informed of the children's pudding and drink add on deal. The person I was dining with wasn't offered the free starter or pudding with the 'big plate' order which is the Thursday offer.

Went here the other day with my friends and our kids, they ordered for me while I sat with my baby upstairs, my order came out whilst they were still ordering, with what looked like Tesco’s value tortillas with a drizzle of cheese sauce with a few jalapeños, took it back instantly and ordered something else. Then for dessert I ordered a chocolate fudge cake and never in my life have I had a plate that smells like pure wet dog, we all gagged at the smell�, if you’ve ever smelt a dishwasher that hasn’t been cleaned and has got stagnant water, that was definitely it...

The chairs and floor were covered in dried food.



Never going back again.

Went for a birthday Meal have the food we wanted they didn't have staff was to busy having fun to serve people that was waiting toilets my cat litter tray was cleaner spoke to manger he was much help as a chocolate tea pot

Terrible service! We ordered on their £15 family deal which included 2 mains, 2 kids meals and a pudding to share. We only ordered 1 child’s meal as we only have one child. After our mains, we were sat there waiting for ages for our family pudding to be told by the ‘manager’ that as we didn’t order 2 kids meals, we aren’t eligible for the pudding? What utter none-sense! Even the ‘manager’ wasn’t able to explain the logic to this, awful restaurant, terrible service and poor management, we won’t visit again!

Rubbish everywhere old glasses left out for the wasps wasn’t a nice pub dirty and I wouldn’t recommend going back

On such a hot day there air con isn’t working and sitting sweating, because how hot it was I wanted a slush puppy to cool me down and the machine isn’t working, and no sweet potato fries also they don’t look at how many people on a table and give us less knifes and forks then needed.

I would like to say I like this restaurant but seeing as we stay in the hotel next door and have for last 6 weeks your service and speed is ridiculous, two members of staff every night serving and a massive queue out the door is bad bad bad customer service your profits must be massive as you don’t have much staff wages to pay out!



Bad customer service slow speed of service and your portion sizes seriously need looking at a colleague ordered beef ale pie, chips and peas and the amount of peas on the plate either rolled off on the way to the table or the portion was put on by a tea spoon!!!! Seriously asking money for food and hardly food on it.



Not impressed at all it’s only that we are staying in the premier inn otherwise we would go else where everyone you speak to in the restaurant are so not happy with the slow service and queue out the door every every night,



GET MORE SERVING STAFF TAKEN ON!

Avoid ...... service is terrible and things missing from plate had to chase up and still didn't receive as they had forgotten... straight from Managers mouth �, was told if we ordered deserts they would automatically come out they didn't had to ask three times !!!!!
