Beautiful wedding at the Inn lodge yesterday with a beautiful couple and their guests. It was a pleasure to be involved.

me and my boyfriend been a few times for just a drink and also a few times for food. always had a lovely time staff are friendly and nothing to much for them love going here and will return.

Well we went back.in for breakfast this morning before work to see our friendly supervisor Phillip who made us so welcome yesterday. 8 am food and sevice was yet again amazing thank you Phillip the supervisor who made us welcome once again. ☆☆☆☆☆

The food could of been a little bit hotter,as I have been a few times before and never had this issue. Otherwise I could not fault the service. All staff really friendly and helpful and chatty and and service was quick turnaround once you had ordered your main and pudding. I can't fault this place otherwise.

My server, I think his name was Phil. Was very welcoming and inviting. The portion sizes were reasonable, most of all, the atmosphere was warm. The food tasted great, service was impeccable. Ultimately a great meal and kind staff.

My mum really enjoyed her birthday get together here. Everyone enjoyed their food especially the carvery. Very nice waitress and thank you to Ray for answering all my messages with amazing speed and helping with the booking.

I was on a visit to the area from Kent. Two mums and 5 children. The kids loved the soft play and we enjoyed some peace � Food was very good value for money. No complaints about anything. Maybe give a bit longer than an hour in the play area though as trying to drag the kids away from having fun wasn’t easy.

Firstly I want to say a massive thankyou to the staff on the 5/1/18 everyone was very helpful , from getting me a high chair to helping me with the menu . I can only guess the lady on shift at around 12.30 was the manager or shift leader , she was so lovely .The cakes was out of order but she did offer a alternative .I asked her if she could take our plates because my baby was try to grab them and she stopped what she was doing to do so . Nothing was to much to ask from the staff and made mine and my babies day out amazing . The food was lovely just a lil to big for me but that’s just me . I had the big plate mix grill and the steak was cooked perfect .so yet again farmhouse you should be happy with your staff and please pass this on . Massive thankyou

Came today 11/5/18 for the first time with a friend and my 4 year old daughter. The Macmillan event was on, all staff looked lovely and were very friendly my daughter enjoyed the play area and having glitter put on her face. The food was absolutely lovely.

Great place, Great atmosphere, Lovely food and lovely staff. Will definitely be coming back ��

Brilliant 4th birthday party for my grandson. Well done to all the staff and the food brilliant, especially because there was a huge amount of customers and it was all cooked well. Pat yourselves on the back!

Always a 5 star rating, myself and family enjoy the warm welcome of staff, kind and friendly, the food is great and presented well, last 2 visits were served by Shanelle who is very polite mannered and Ray always attends to inquire satisfaction of his staff in the restaurant, which is always rated by us as satisfactory �

Our stay was great Thankyou. The food in the main pub was good,quick and well priced. Beer good price. Then Karaoke at 8:30 on a Friday.

Our room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Went here tonight . We were a table of 5. Ordered at meal at 7:15. One starter and 5 mains . The starter (pate on toast) came at 7:50. It took 5 mins to eat . The main courses came out at 8:55. So we had to wait 35 mins for a cold starter . And the rest of the table had to wait an hour and 45 mins to eat their first course . This is not acceptable . Three times we enquired where our dinner was . One of our party is a diabetic and put himself at risk by not eating for so long . The restaurant was informed of this . No adequate apology or explanation was provided . Only that the fault was our own for ordering a starter !! Poor management and organization and poor customer care . Cannot complain about the quality of the food , but an apology and some form of compensation would have been appreciated , i.e. A free drink or free dessert or even a sincere apology .

Terrible food. Straight out of a microwave. Nothing fresh about it. Wasted our money on dry processed meals. My husband picked up his beef burger which left drips of grease falling onto the plate. I had to send my sons food back as the mash was extremely cold to touch (and I mean refrigerated cold) and his hotdog roll was so stale. His “replacement” meal came out 20minutes later on a scorching hot plate.. they’d just blasted the original in the microwave (the mash still had the finger holes in from where I asked the staff to feel just how cold it was). Terrible. It has really gone down hill. Only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is because the bar staff were fairly pleasant yet not in any rush to give excellent customer service. We all left hungry..! We used to visit here often, that was sadly the final nail in the coffin, as it’s just a waste of money.

Disappointed that on your new menu for today it said I could have ANY starter or desert with a big plate special unless it states it’s a sharer. I ordered a big plate special today and I asked for the Ultimate Candy Mania Sundae which doesn’t say anywhere it’s a sharer, the lad at the till was very argumentative with me saying it says that I can’t do it on his till but didn’t seem to understand that if it isn’t clear on the menu it should be honoured. The staff member who came over also argued with me too. The lady who put my order through I asked if you were going to honour it and she said she’s changed it but when it came out it was the small one!

Brought the family for lunch... On eating the meal a long curly hair was found in the meal... manager called and her attitude was "it's nothing to do with us as all kitchen staff wear hair nets and their is no guarantee the Hague was in the meal when served" would definitly not recommend eating here

i went in there yesterday evening with my family. when our meals come out mine was cold and my aunts never had any bbq which was stated on the menu. when she asked for extra bbq sauce the staff had taken almost 25 minutes to bring it over, in which time she had almost eaten her meal. when our desserts came we ordered 1 dessert with no vanilla ice cream just chocolate ice cream. when staff bought it over we told him it was the wrong order and he accused us of lying and wouldnt change the ice cream when we asked him to. i would NEVER return to this establishment ive been here a few times and the food is awful. last time i came me and my mum had korma and it was more water than sauce. i would not reccomend coming here foods awful staff have a attitude.

What a joke, had the cooked breakfast which they overcharged us and cost £7.50 per breakfast which consisted of 1 sausage, 2 cold bits of bacon, 1 spoon of beans, 2 hash browns, half tomato, 1 egg and 2 small mushrooms and a small cup of coffee in a chipped cup and all cold. No breakfast menus so when you ordering you don’t know what your getting. Tried to speak to someone to be told “I’m working in the play area and not dealing with customers “. Totally unacceptable and will certainly not be going there again.
