very poor delivery service! shopping not turned up 2 weeks in a row! disgraceful!

Placed food on 3 different conveyors as keep the getting told no no staff and wait over an hour later than expected for home delivery

Extremely disappointed to get to Iceland in Chatham yesterday on my mobility scooter, just to be told Iceland no longer stock Kingsmill! Noooooo!!! One less reason for me to shop at Iceland. Suppose I'd better upgrade my mobitlity scooter to one that will take me to the big supermarkets then...

Awful service today at Chatham, waited well over half hour for lady in front of me to be served for home delivery, when it was my turn to be served he didn't apologise for delay, didn't ask for my Iceland card, I forgot my parking ticket refund til he had served me, cashier then said to colleague "she forgot the parking ticket" which I found rude, then was told I couldn't be refunded my £1 won't be shopping there again and not enough cashiers on - terrible terrible terrible
