Second week in a row youv not delivered my whole food shopping ��

Third time online shop, every time short, tried phoning Broadfields store, continually rings, head office told 6th in queue, still waiting 6th in queue, and phone still ringing for Broadfields at least 10 min now, how do you talk to someone, and phone just cut off!

Not happy at all... my shopping was ment to come between 7-9 pm last night... recieved a phonecall the can broke down so gave me a 2-4 slot today... shopping still not here so I rang them up and now apparently the driver walked out this morning... did not recieve a phone call or anything... I have family over for a roast which is not not going to happen... my Sunday is ruined... all they can offer me is 10% off... won't be shopping online again
