iCloudHosting is an independent Managed Hosting Provider. We are privately owned and have no allegiances to specific hardware vendors or software distributors. We select the appropriate technology for the remit provided by you, the Client. We understand and have extensive experience with all of the common vendors and virtualisation products, but most importantly we understand their strengths and weaknesses. When we sit down with you to design your new infrastructure you can be confident that we are bringing a full toolbox to the table, ready to utilise everything the market has to offer to meet your business and budget requirements.

III. UPTIME THROUGH DESIGN
We have designed a network that resiliently connects our flagship hosting centre in Reading to multiple data centres around the UK and US. This infrastructure estate allows us to offer services to you that will deliver 100% uptime. There are many services available in the market offering guarantees on uptime, but they often don’t consider the application layer. Operating systems fail and so do services, daemons and applications. During the course of our initial consultations we will be looking for those critical systems that through the use of the right technology, we can improve their resilience and efficiency. We want to help you ensure that when software fails, critical services stay online, 24x7, 365 days of the year. Is a 99. 9% uptime guarantee really suitable for your business when that translates to nearly nine hours of unscheduled outages every year? We will understand which applications and services are critical to your business and help you to attain 100% uptime, every year. We then guarantee this as part of our standard Service Level Agreement.

Our technical support is never beaten. We don’t operate a first and second line to our team. When you contact us with an enquiry or request, the engineer you will talk to will be third-line or above.
