It’s here! Today is our all day Commie Cocktail! Get down here from two until late for live music, the hottest wax from Skinny Vin, and some table magic too!

Now that I have your attention, there will be no free beer, BUT, on SUNDAY(!) we welcome "FRESH LENINS" through our doors to host a 'Commie Cocktail' of some of Brighton's finest MUSICIANS! There will also be a plain clothes MAGICIAN perusing the tables and casually blowing your minds. The bar will be supplying the usual fabulous CRAFT BEER from LOCAL BREWERIES and fabulous spirits, as well as an array of its own 'Commie Cocktails', from WHITE RUSSIANS to MOSCOW... MULES (that's basically it...just those two...) as we step onto Fresh Lenins coat-tails and ride through into the evening... Bands start at 4pm, with free reign on the piano beforehand, so come on down and bring your dancing shoes!!! Free entry!! 4pm onwards

This Sunday is our @freshlenins all day party! What kind of “Commie Cocktail” show would be complete without the perfect cocktail; The White Russian?!
So what if it’s really from California? We’ll be serving @kahlua’s mixed perfectly with Vodka, some Cream and a few other little ingredients which I am sure you will all Abide with!

Cocktail of the day: Good old cosmopolitan with our own little twist. Come in and see if you can guess what it is! £6 all evening 🤘

The weekend is almost here! It’s Thursday which means tonight we have back the One Hat Trio in to deliver the finest jazz and swing!
The fun doesn’t stop there though, tomorrow night we have the hair-raisingly hot Jorge’s Hot Club! Of course there is no entry fee other than a smile and a pair of dancing shoes!

More than bartenders! We weekly get together as a team to brainstorm ideas over breakfast, and then deep clean our haven of a bar! Sometimes it involves wearing masks and shades #LookingFly

We’ve had our kitchen closed recently for some work however normal service will resume by this weekend! Plus our wonderful chefs from Wolfsmouth have just updated their menu! Come down and check it out!

The idle hand is just off the train station and an absolute diamond and the newest bar in Brighton the decor and the music makes it like your back in the 70s anyone who is anyone is there every night! I don’t want to rave to much as it’s so special.....but if you like music and cocktails just ask for Lizzie! X

Fantastic Pub, awesome atmosphere with wicked drinks selection. Food is groin-grabbingly good to top it off too.

Everything a pub should be, great selection of craft lagers and spirits. I don’t think there’s anything the landlord doesn’t know about whiskey. Good vibes, guaranteed a friendly welcome, go, drink, be merry!

Brighton needs a new joint with good craft beers and cocktails up near the top of town where it’s normally drowned out by football pubs! Looking forward to the new kitchen coming in soon, exciting times!
