Infinity Yoga & Pilates

Rachel teaches Hatha & Vinyasa Flow, Restorative & Pre & Post Natal Yoga in her Infinity Studio in Sotterley & at Halls Walberswick, Bungay & Huntingfield

Rachel qualified with the British School of Yoga to teach Hatha Yoga and gained a Level 4 OCN qualification early this year. She also teaches Vinyasa style, Chair, Restorative and Partner Yoga. Her partner /student Clare is due to qualify as a Yoga teacher early next year and is currently studying a Pilates qualification too. Rachel and Clare make Infinity Yoga and have lots to offer to anybody who wants to come along and Learn with them in their fun and friendly classes at the Haven in Southwold.
