My mum booked us a holiday to Madeira with Inspired Luxury Escapes, and it was fabulous!! We had massive issues with Easyjet on the way home and the customer service we were offered by Inspired Luxury Escapes was exceptional. They booked us onto a flight with a different airline and sent us back to our original hotel - free of charge. I was so impressed that I am travelling with them to Crete later in the summer. Thank you.

I was very satisfied , the service was excellent with all the documentation and vouchers arriving in good time. The Flights, car hire & hotel (Murcia area of Spain) were booked with Inspired Luxury Escapes, we chose this company as other companies could not satisfy our requirements.

A holiday in Gran Canaria was absolutely amazing in December. Fabulous weather, 5 star hotel and the best space for complete relaxation.

Just returned from a holiday in Lanzarote - hotel was listed as 5 star but ourselves and majority of guests there would only rate as just about 4 star. Emailed this co with list of complaints but had no reply, phoned their customers relations office but no answer. In my opinion they are happy to sell you a holiday from their glossy brochure or website but once you've booked then appalling service after! Will not use again.

Not a great experience and would not recommend booking through this company. Several chains of subcontractors used who are all unhelpful and blame each other for issues, hotels advertised as 5 stars turned out to not to be so, awkward flight times and the list goes on. For a company that brands itself as ‘luxury travel’ I found nothing luxurious on this holiday. I had a much better and stress free experience with easyjet holiday the year before.

If you book a holiday through Luxury Inspired Travel beware of building works!!!

We booked a holiday in Feb 2015 to Premier Romance Boutique Hotel in Egypt . Building works were being carried out by the pool area and on the beach their was no escape from the noise. No where to RELAX. Inspired Luxury Travel failed to inform us prior to departure. Other tour operators had informed their clients. Currently they refuse to take any responsibility for this.They are currently advertising this accommodation check before you book.

Booked an expensive holiday with this dodgy company within 15 minutes i receive an email saying problem with your booking contact us on this number 0203 941 8230



tried the number rang for around 1 minute then started to sound an engaged tone, repeat attempts same result every time.



They took the money for the holiday but within 15 minutes had decided that they can no longer offer this holiday due to their never being any flights?



Why the hell are you selling fake holidays and taking false payments?



this was a package holiday i booked!



the next day when i finally got through to someone on the phone im ignorantly told dont worry you will get your money back in around 1 weeks time!!!!!!!!



Now i have no money and cant go on any holiday thanks to these scammers i have reported you to both ATOL and ABTA who deal with this sort of crime.



i urge customers not to risk it with these scammers they will not get any with my money.... if this happens to you contact your bank and ATOL & ABTA via google to report this fraudulent company.

Booked a Venice holiday with this company via Daily Telegraph: poor service, didn't provide what we paid for and certainly marred our holiday. The after sales service in dealing with our complaint was abysmal. Would never book through this company again although had no complaints about the hotel at all who tried to help where they could.

Be very careful to check prices thoroughly before you book with this company, we feel totally cheated. We were charged £600 more than our friends who booked the very same trip with FLEETWAY to join us.

They are not prepared to do anything about it and the whole company has been most unhelpful, no-one seems to have the authority to deal with our complaint.

Very disappointed, we are pensioners and £600 is a considerable amount of money to us.

All I can say is horrific service! They managed to book our holiday for the wrong year...... we turned up at the airport at 7am to find out the error made by their sales assistant! We were left having to go somewhere which wasn't to the same standard or sort of holiday we would of wanted, a different board basis so we had to spend a fortune on meals! Two weeks on and many emails later they will not respond to the complaint, I try to speak to a manager to be put on hold for nearly half an hour to then be told she is unavailable! This company are dreadful..... do not book with them.....
