Thank you mike and Artur. It was a long day but well managed by you and much appreciated by us. Thank you for your help and your humour ! Ruth
My sister Kathy had a car crash and was hospitalised in Bordeaux, France, for several weeks before she was well enough to be repatriated. I was hugely concerned about the long ambulance journey back home. However, I cannot thank or rate the service this company gave us, highly enough. Absolutely first class service by the two ambulance men Nick and Adrian and also the vehicle which gave a comfortable ride too.
Thank you very very much
Just wanted to say what a great service they provided for myself and my wife. We were stuck in a French hospital in St malo for 2wks. Our insurance arranged for the icas to come and get us and bring us back to the UK. Greg and Chris arrived at 7am and drove us all the way to calais euro tunnel. We were 1st on the train and off it and then drove us to south mimms services where they did a handover to another crew who drove us the remaining distance to our home in Northamptonshire. So as I said earlier a big thanks goes to Greg and Chris for the friendly and polite service in getting us home. The longest ambulance trip ever but comfortable and very happy to be home.
Just seen one of these trucks in King's Lynn looks awesome and very clean outside makes a. Change to see a company that prides its self on been clean
I really cannot rate these folk highly enough. A couple of weeks ago I suffered a skiing accident in the French Alps which resulted in a broken hip requiring an operation to pin my right Femur in a couple of places - I was in a French hospital for just over a week. My repatriation back to the UK on 12th January was via this amazing ambulance service. The evening before the journey home the crew visited me in the ward to introduce themselves and explain what would be happening the following day, they also offered to pick up my brother who was staying in a hotel local to the hospital the following morning. So the next day the road trip commenced - I was transported on the most comfortable stretcher in the most spotless vehicle I've ever seen. The crew were marvellous and made the 11 hour journey back to the UK trauma free. A Huge Thank you to all!!!!
From start to finish a professional and second to none service. Richard was extremely informative and a pleasure to speak with. Mike and Artur a great team, a smooth and comfortable ride, thanks Artur, from Berkshire to Warwickshire along with the great personality of Mike who kept everyone in great spirits.
Much appreciation and thanks to you all for transporting our Mum.
