THE SPECIAL: In-House Coal Roasted Short Rib Pastrami Bagel. We use our own BBQ smoker, aptly named ‘The Beast’ to roast this pastrami to give it that delicious, rich smokey salty flavour. Then we stack it into our bagels with kimchi slaw and three types of lettuce. All our veg is sourced locally from Bob, the brilliant owner of Fresh Choice. He is a purveyor of great seasonal produce, just like us. Get your chops around one of these bagels whilst we have them! Limited availability!
