When I joined Slimming World as a member I was a size 24 and I am now a comfortable size 10! I felt really apprehensive about joining because I was worried that the Consultant would tell everyone my weight! But that was so not the case - your weight is totally private!

For me though, it is all about the size -not the weight - the scales are a way of keeping score but of course we will be celebrating every pound you lose! At Slimming World you choose how much you want to lose to make you feel good about yourself. After all that’s one of the reasons why we losing weight isn’t it?

I was so pleased that I’d finally found a way to lose weight whilst enjoying a glass (or two) of wine, and without having to undertake endless aerobic workouts! If you want to eat the foods you love and still lose weight, then we have all the tools to help you. We’re looking forward to meeting you soon!
