Yesterday saw Sandy Hall from Macmillan Cancer Support visit us in Waterlooville to officially receive the cheque from our recent Classics & Coffee event from Jim Stokes and Head of Finance, Simon Phillips. The grand total is £3,138.44 and again from everyone at JSW Group we would like to sincerely thank everyone who brought their cars, donated to a great cause and helped make a superb event. The Mille Miglia is over for another year and, after careful preparation in Hampshire, our 2 supported cars ran faultlessly meaning our JSWL Competition Support Team enjoyed a few days chasing fantastic cars through the magnificent Italian countryside. 1000 Miglia #millemiglia #jswl

Day one of Mille Miglia was all about this AC Ace. Originally driven in the event by Bruno Ferrari this lovely car is back for the second year in a row to compete. The Robert Gaburri trophy on the Monday allowed the driver and navigator a bit of a practice run before the main race starts on the Wednesday. #millemiglia AC Heritage

A beautiful spring morning and time to load 3 cars and all the spares and tools needed to maintain the 2 cars that our team are supporting on this years Mille Miglia. With the AC Ace already on it's way south it was just the 8c Monza to load plus 2 cars from our friends at Fastcars,Ltd in California to get safely onto the CARS truck. We will posting both here and on Instagram during the event so follow us to keep up to date. 1000 Miglia

On the 14th August Jim Stokes Workshops will be running an exclusive test day at Goodwood Motor Circuit, West Sussex. The event is open to both closed and open wheel cars and gives drivers unlimited track time, lunch and refreshments. Watched these guys prep some Alfas at today's goodwood revival. Great attention to detail and can see why they have such a good reputation!

Lucky enough to have had a guided tour around the workshops, simply stunning cars and first rate craftsmen that obviously take great pride in what they do, many thanks guys.

I recently had some work done at Jim Stokes, on my Vw splitscreen.Brakes, gears & engine. I have nothing but praise for the work carried out, I have gone from a pretty much unusable van to one that's a joy to drive. The engine experts, you can't call them mechanics, as their much more than that, are also extremely helpful. Spending money on my pride and joy has become less painful because I know it's in good hands.

How can people have so much and not share. Can't I have one to just sit in.LOL

Having known this company and its owners for many years now, I can highly recommend them for their high level of knowledge in this specialised sector and their demand for delivering excellent customer service.

Fantastic restorations with very professional people, fully equipped machine shop, aluminium fabrication, composite in-house facilities. Also JSWL Classics for all you classic car servicing and restorations.

Fantastic day!! Great to see gorgeous cars both in the workshops and in the carpark. Great atmosphere with super friendly and helpful staff. This is all done for charity and I hope they made an absolute mint for them!!!!
