All my flights and holidays that I sell are FULLY ABTA & ATOL protected.. had this family booked with me they would not have to pay £16k to get home through NO FAULT of their own..The airline they flew with have ceased trading. This really does upset me.

After a five-year hiatus, the Disney Magic will return to Greece in summer 2020 as part of three special Mediterranean voyages departing from Rome!
During one twelve-night and two nine-night cruises, guests can marvel at the beautiful landscapes and archeological wonders of destinations like Piraeus, the gateway to Athens; Katakolon, near ancient Olympia; and the islands of Santorini, Mykonos and Crete.
... Each of these unique Mediterranean itineraries combines a selection of stops in Greece with visits to other notable cities in the region.
Two of the sailings include a new port of call in Messina, Italy, where guests can visit landmarks in Sicily such as Mount Etna, the highest and most active volcano in Europe, or the Piazza del Duomo, the city’s historic center. The third features a return to the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Dubrovnik, Croatia, for the first time in five years.
Additional new ports of call in Europe include Gdynia, Poland; Nordfjordeid, Norway; Plymouth, England; and Zeebrugge, Belgium.
This new collection of destinations is part of the Disney Magic’s grand tour of Europe in the summer of 2020, which begins with sailings through the Mediterranean and Greek Isles before heading to northern Europe in late summer for cruises to the Baltic, British Isles and Norwegian Fjords!

We haven't actually bought anything from Joanna but her name was tagged in one of my Facebook posts immediately after the lowcost holidays fiasco kicked off as we were one of the unlucky ones. She got straight in touch and done everything could to help us out. Messenger,emails, phone calls, contacting our destination and speaking to colleagues, all off her own back without charging and all within the space of around 15hrs from making initial contact. Can't fault the service!

We booked our honeymoon through Joanna and i can honestly say it was the best choice we ever made! She worked very closely with us over 18 months planning every last detail of our special holiday. We wanted to do a tour of America before finishing in Jamaica. she listened to everything we wanted and worked hard to create something wonderful. Joanna was always at the end of a phone day and night and was not offended if we wanted to change anything or swap it around. She found the best deals and the best hotels! Joanna also helped us book into lots of trips before we went so it was all sorted. If anyone wants to book a tailored made holiday without all the fuss of doing it yourself then joanna is your woman. Joanna sorted out our honeymoon for us. We gave her the dates we wanted to travel and the hotel that we wanted to stay in in mauritus, as we had seen pictures of it and loved it. she sorted the whole lot flights, accommodation and transfers as we stopped off in Dubai for a couple of nights before we flew to mauritus.She even surprised us with a voucher for the executive lounge and sent our documents out in a lovely travel pack, complete with luggage tags and a sparkly pen.
