I have spent over 25 years managing training and competence across the whole training cycle, in the private and public sector. From 2007 to March 2016, I managed training and competence for BP Oil Ltd. Since leaving BP and becoming self-employed, I have been working closely with Reynolds Training Services (RTS) as an Associate Trainer and Assessor. As part of RTS, I have trained and qualified new Assessors, delivered Emergency Response and Train the Trainer Courses and qualified employees from 7 different oil companies in their Diplomas in Bulk Liquid Operations and Control Room Operations.
I am a qualified and experienced Performance and Life Coach (Coaching Academy) and I work with individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals. As part of this process, I write and up-date CVs. I am also a Business Partner for Clarity 4D, the Psychometric Personality Profiling Tool which is a tool that helps people to get to know themselves better and for helps teams to understand each other and impact positively on performance.
