Offley market is back this Friday from 1-4pm... hopefully my back will be back then too, ouch!
Here tomorrow! And if it rains, I will skip about like a scary fairy, I can’t take the bakery temperatures anymore!
Happy 7th Birthday to me! Push aside the fact that I’ve injured my back, it tips nearly 40 degrees in the bakery and I’ve over 250 loaves to bake for fri/Saturday, life is generally alright!

The best dark sourdough bread you can get in the area!
I am from Germany and love dark sourdough bread but so far have not been able to get any decent bread here in England. The breads that I tasted were either too dry or just did not have the right flavour.
That was until I bought one of Jo´s loaves and I can safely say it is the best bread! It tastes like the bread that I ate growing up!

Best sour dough bread in this part of the world. I love it all and I won't eat any other bread.
Amazing bread. It is our weekend treat that we look forward to. The kids always ask if they can have some of Jo's bread. It's fanstastic toasted as well!
