What a lovely , cosy and friendly place JR's is. Music is fab, plenty of nice drinks on offer at reasonable prices. Had a lovely two hours making chats with everybody who entered. Ps the fruity gin is fab x

Small but cosy a nice change from the average pub. Good selection of ales and the staff are warm and welcoming and are good for a laugh... will definitely be visiting again ��

Lovely place with a warm atmosphere. Very reasonable prices too its a little gem of a bar and would definitely visit again.

Lovely little pub,that makes you feel special..nice that it also offers teas,coffees and hot chocolate...hopefully near Christmas it will also offer mulled wine..

Love this little bar! The staff can’t do enough for you and the Chardonnay is a lovely wine! Much better quality as to what is sometimes served in pubs! Great little place ideal for relaxed drinking. Definitely recommend!

JRs is very warm and inviting, tastefully decorated to a high standard, great bar staff and lovley new young owners great range of drinks to suit everyone also has a. disabled toilet, come down and enjoy it there will also be tea and coffee available.

I just love JR's with its intimate, friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Easy to walk to from most of Horwich 's residential areas and they have a GREAT range of drinks including Prosecco by the glass at a very reasonable price which pleases Mrs Wayne no end!! :-) Also it's nice to be able to take our dog in too (although she's teetotal!) Keep up the good work guys ... Looking forward to our next visit!
