What a place !! �� kids loved it, we loved it� 1000% recommend this place! Honestly the most fun I’ve had in such a long time absolutely amazing ! Bring an extra pair of clothes u will get sweaty ! �� there is also a cafe and water dispensers so u don’t have to lug around water bottles and also lockers to put ur belongings in ... can not wait to go back ! X

Went today, was brilliant! I love that the adults can go on it with their children too.

Fab food options from sandwiches/baguettes to salads and pizza �.

Drinks were very reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly �

We will definitely return �

We went bouncing today and loved it, kids 9 & 11. Very lucky to have such a great place on our doorstep, we will be back many times in the future. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the cafe had decent food options and was reasonably priced.

Nice touch having the water fountain there.

Only observation is that there must be a way of making a ball blower or sucker to save your staff chasing the balls everywhere ��

We had an excellent time today, the staff were kind and attentive to the kids and looked happy to be there! (Especially a tall blonde man who was playing with the kids in the ball pits of the slides)We’ll be back for sure!

Took my girls there today 3&6 they loved it never been to anything like this before they where in there element and saw people even take there own lunch ect not sure if ur ment to but good idea and staff so friendly and love the way the staff care about the children make it such a good environment and what a bargain £15 for 4 people!

Took my 3 year old and 12 year old today, they loved it so much they didn’t want to go. Unlike a trampoline place where my kids get bored half way through, Jumpin kept hem entertained throughout the whole hour! Well

Sadly we won’t be coming to often as it’s an hours drive for us to get here but will definitely make the trip again. Staff extremely helpful on arrival.

Love the fact the kids have areas to play whilst waiting for their session to start. More importantly plenty of seating for us parents!

Look forward to coming back.

My boys (6,8,15) really enjoyed it today, it was nice and clean even the toilets were spotless. Staff were all friendly with the kids, felt sorry for the staff that had to keep picking up all the balls that fell out though. � would definitely recommend this place, next time I’m going to join in looks so much fun. Thought it was a good idea that while you wait for your session you still get to play in the massive ball pit and slide so no child is bored waiting

Me,my 9 year old and 5 year old had the best time at JumpIn today!!! My face actually hurts from all the smiling & laughing I've done today...my girls asked me when we could go back before we'd even left! And my youngest daughter is already planning on having her birthday party there! So nice to find something that is affordable and actually worth the money your paying!! Staff were helpful & friendly...so well run & managed by staff perfectly...We will be back soon �

Jump In is absolutely fantastic!! I throughly recommend it to all my family and friends. Brilliant atmosphere with helpful, friendly staff that provide fab customer service. It’s brilliant value for money and the kids are knackered afterwards which is great! The food was perfect and not overpriced and everything has been well thought out for such a new business. The environment and facilities are also brilliant and so is the system/customers business journey, very efficient from the initial booking through to briefing, time there with swift entry and exit and no messing about. Having been to many trampoline parks this is so niche and second to none, You won’t be disappointed!! �

I came to visit with my 8 and 5 yr old, on the grand opening day and cannot recommend this place enough. It was very well staffed, all of whom were extremely helpful and friendly. It was really great to have use of the giant inflatable slide giant ball pit and wipe out while we were waiting for our session to begin (So definitely arrive around 30 mins before timed session). This was a fun activity for the whole family to enjoy together.

Gotta say this place was great. There’s plenty to do, climbing, jumping, sliding etc, the staff are competent, free car park, affordable, they’ve got a cafe + the coffee is decent and the kids loved it �

Fantastic. Kids enjoyed every minute. Arrived 40 minutes before our session as didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the 'waiting area'! I would have happily paid for my kids to play just in there nevermind the main part! Bit chaotic but everyone was having fun. Mega cheap cafe! Bottles of Pepsi max for 50p! Will definitely be returning. Nice to have something like this in the local area so not always having to take kids out and about to trampoline parks etc. Big thumbs up!

Came along to the free session today with my 7yr old and 2yr old allreally loved it. The band sessions are a great idea wasnt too many people in one go and the added bonus of the ballpit etc when you have finished. Will def come back again and highly recommend for an 1hr of bouncing fun ��

Brilliant place!all staff lovely and really get stuck in arranging tug of war etc place to play whilst you wait for your slot which is a great!food variety really good even have cereals and all well priced, the pizzas are amazing hope it stays like this as will defo be back soon

Amazing! Sometime when somewhere has only just opened you wonder if they will be able to cope with demand and be organised, but this ran like clockwork, staff were helpful, friendly and the place is run well enough that it is never dangerously full. Highly impressed we will be back!

So my girlfriend went here today with our two children (3 and 5) and our friends 4 older children between 8 and 12) the actual place is amazing and really good value for money.. the kids loved it..... but... she had a very serious fall on the metal stairs leading to and from the cafe which led to her spending the afternoon in A&E ... please please be careful of the stairs they are so slippery and now she is covered in bruises to her arms elbows back and bottom... they don’t supply grip socks only trainer socks..

The staff were lovely and very helpful especially the lady behind the food counter and a guy that helped her up to a chair (in a black tshirt think he was staff)



She is now laid up on the sofa hardly able to move and in horrific amounts of pain and probably going to have to have time off work.. this is just a warning so please please make sure you are careful I would hate to see this happen to anyone else let alone a child...

Went on Sunday afternoon and our almost four year old absolutely loved it. There was a good ratio of staff to people even though it was super busy and was better than anticipated. My only comment would be a toddler/parent session would be good as the bigger children were particularly boisterous (as is to be expected) and also if this was at a special price it would be better because £17 for an adult and under 5 is super expensive! Nevertheless have recommended this place to everyone!

Absolutely loved jumpin, it was our second visit, Karen the manager is fabulous, our first visit we had a small complaint and she instantly rectified it, all of the kids are worn out and had a great time, thank you so much for a fab time, we will be back again, it would have been 5 stars with air con.
