Jupiter Jos has been granted a new rental evening opportunity for between the times of 6.30pm and 9.30pm for hall hire This rental agreement could be for private groups of judo, keep fit, dance , children's football or drama classes etc …. We have been visiting Jupiter jos since it first opened, and still go almost every week. We are childminders currently looking after children from 10months to 8 years and all absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and attentive, the entrance fee and food are all well priced and the place is really clean and well maintained. The car park is a big bonus too. We would highly recommend Jupiter Jos Soft play.

We had a party here this month for my son who turned 4 and had a blast! All the children had so much fun, it was really clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help I thought it was great value for money and would definitely recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have visited and my LO loves it. He is crawling and trying to walk so has great fun pulling himself up on everything and falling is not a problem on the soft surface. It's safe for children of all ages but is nice to have a safe baby area separate from the bigger children. I would recommend it.

This is a fantastic play centre for under 5s.

I've been here quite a few times and have never experienced anything negative, my son and my daughter have both loved it, making new friends every time they come. It is clean and friendly at all times, with the staff happy to help at any opportunity. It is also very inexpensive which is an added bonus. Perfect for the busy mum who needs either a catch up with friends or just some chill out time. Would recommend to everyone.

The kids absolutely loved this soft play! Lisa was more than accommodating while allowing us to bring our home cooked meal in and eat. Very warm and friendly and a wide variety of treats to offer in her cafe:) thank you so much and we so hope to come back here again

Nearly every day she isn't at Nursery i take my now 3yr old ElsieLou here, 'Daddy can we go JJ's' she likes to call it. We've been coming since she was about 1 because they've got a little section for babes and a big one for the older children which is easy accessible for a adult if you ever need to reach your toddler. When you sit in the seated area all relaxed not worried the little one will run off somewhere when you're eyes aren't fixed on them. They have some refreshments you can get from the canteen. So i recommend its a very good place to go and good for the money

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here today both the staff where lovely very helpful all the kids had a lovely time thank you the place was clean and tidy all the food was fresh would definitely recommend.

Jupiter's Jo's is great fun for my boys they love coming here. I come on a Thursday with my friend and her little girl I also meet my mum as she lives just round the corner from here.

Jupiter Jo's ran a fantastic birthday party for my 5yr old daughter. After an initial mix up with dates, Lisa's team ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. The equipment was just right for the 25 children we invited, the food was plentiful, healthy and well-made, and the whole area clean and tidy. We were made to feel very welcome, like nothing was too much trouble, and everyone said it was a great party.

I took my 2 granddaughter there and they loved it. Food wad fresh and plentiful. The only thing that bothered me was 2 older children running around on the soft play when they were far too old to be on there and the parents should have been told as there were lots of little ones on there. Other than that it was great and I shall definitely go back

I think this place is lovely, safe for your children whilst you can relax or join them. I think it's Perfect for toddlers and babies. I can't comment on what it's like for older children as I try to avoid busier times with bigger children.

The refurb is looking nice, I wouldn't bring my child here if I thought it was unsafe. Prices are reasonable for food and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Wish it was closer to where I lived, as our closest soft play is kidspace on the purely way, which is a complete rip off for toddlers and not half as enjoyable.

The only negative thing I can say is that it always feels a little cold inside.

Haven't been in a few weeks but as soon as I walked in I noticed how good the place was looking. Looks like it's had a refurb and a good spruce. It's a perfect big frame for my nearly 3 year old and the small area is great for the youngers with a little slide and trampoline. Definitely recommend a visit if your kiddies are this sort of age. Staff are friendly and parking is plentiful. Will come back again for sure.

First time here and we loved it. The kids all enjoyed themselves and we didn't have to worry about them because everything was all in one room. So they could play while we drank some (amazing!) hot chocolate! Will definitely be returning :) hoping you have a card machine next time though.

After reading all the bad reviews on here its very clear that a customer wasnt happy and is out to cause trouble for the buisness. Most people that are leaving bad reviews arent even in the country. The staff are really friendly. I've never ever experienced any problems. It's a shame some people have to put a lovely friendly place in a bad light! Good price, food is nice and the staff work their butts off! We're a regular visitor!

Well Jupiter Jo's saved the day...... a hot day and two little ones who can't go in the sun and they were open!!! We had the place to ourselves, it was clean and food was served fresh and quickly. We were made to feel very welcome. Would have given 5 stars but there ones only one fizzy cold drink available.

Layout is okay but very basic (the big slide is the best bit). Not value for money at all - £10 for an 18 month old and a 3 year old. There are cheaper places with better facilities.



Looks quite shabby in places, with steps being held together with gaffer tape. The trampoline in the baby area had a spring hanging off where a metal ring had snapped. The broken ring was very sharp and potentially dangerous so I handed it in to a member of staff who showed no concern whatsoever.



The baby/toddler area was supposed to be separate from the main area, but the flaps of fabric weren't attached all the way round so our toddler slipped through the gap and disappeared into the big play area. One of the toddler-sized gaps was above a 70cm+ drop.



This has the potential to be good, but with staff seemingly reluctant to serve anyone, and showing no concern at all about safety or maintenance of the equipment, I can't recommend this place.
