User

Such a lovely hotel

Extremely friendly and polite staff, greeted on arrival with happy, smiley receptionists.

We had breakfast in the very nice dining room, the breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of choice and again very happy and polite staff.

Rooms were clean, and beds very comfy and Thankyou to the lovely cleaner who cleaned my room who always smiled and said hello on passing both mornings

I would definitely recommend this hotel, I could not fault it at all

Stayed one night at Jurys Inn for my brothers 50th birthday party. Its a beautiful hotel. The roons are large and the bed is superb. Our only issue was we couldnt get the heating to work so it was a little chilly but im sure if we had asked for help someone would of sorted it. The reception staff were very welcoming. Didnt try their food as we found it to be expensive but there is a wetherspoons just across the road about 5 mins walk. Would 100% stay here again!

User

Really clean hotel, our room was excellent had everything we required, so close to restaurants theatre and shopping. Friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast was one of the best so much choice

User

My family and I came on a tour bus to see Harry Potter studios. On arrival our rooms were high up and on different floors, as my Dad has mobility problems I asked could this be changed, this was sorted immediately by Hannah at reception who also asked did we need any further assistance from the staff with regards to my dad. At dinner Hannah made sure we had a table where my Dad didn't have far to walk. Moving on to the food.. it was beautiful, we thought the first night was lovely but the second was outstanding and the woman who attended to us at our table marie was so helpful and kind, my grandson loved her... all the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was immaculate at all times, lovely rooms and comfy beds.. definitely would come back here again. Just wish I was here longer than two nights...

User

User

Down for business and cannot fault this hotel. A warm welcome from the reception; and a great room. Ordered room service and delivered in the time it was promised, and tasted amazing. Breakfast of a very high standard with attentive staff. Would definitely recommend

User

Went to see George Michael tribute, lovely 3 course meal BUT can not believe that in a hotel that big they were unable to find any Decaff coffee or tea for after the meal!!!

Also not enough bar staff on first floor bar and understocked

User

Room, staff and service good. Food served in the bar in the evening only luke warm. Parking is across the road.

User

Lovely hotel, staff were very welcoming and the room was lovely. Had our evening meal there, the food was very tasty and breakfast was one of the best we have had.......

2 small gripes.......first no one explained about the parking, and although reasonable price 50p per hour, very confusing with standard and premium bay signs. Also the coffee at breakfast was rank....the kenco sachets in our room tasted better.

User

I stay here weekly, many nights over the year and can not fault either the hotel nor staff. They are great and a credit to the chain be it reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, a real credit. What I really struggle with is the head office decision to stop selling selected ales and choosing poor IPA bottled beers. Colleagues and myself are disappointed with this decision and believe it is very short sighted and not based on any customer feedback. I ask this decision be reconsidered ASAP!

User

Good overnight stay, well looked after by a really brilliant waiter called Josh who had a most excellent manner in engaging with his customers. Over the two days, we were well looked after by Racquel from Portugal, an amazing lass who is doing a degree in another language, respect is due. Food was ok, nothing to say it was of high standard, it was those two 'front of office' people who gained the score

User

Went to Jury's inn to watch a George Michael tribute and the bar on level 1 where the gig was was understaffed understocked, the one member of staff I spoke to told me ous have to go to another bar downstairs if I wanted Prosecco as he didn't have any! The poor guy running the gig was getting all kinds of complaints and eventually he managed to get more staff on the bar. I can understand why people smuggle their own drink in when bars are run this badly. But the food was really nice and the waiting staff were great.

User

Ticks a box. Close to London and did a job for our concert at Wembley. Night club next to it doesn't help for weekend. Was on floor 10 and still clearly here the music. Same for when our u10 rugby team stayed there to !!

User

Basic accommodation...bit noisy if you are situated at front of hotel taxis all hrs of the night

Ok if you staying one night. On the plus side beds are comfy

User

Bar food was terrible. Very expensive sandwiches with no filling. Only one person serving at bar, should have been more staff considering a conference was on.

User

Room is lovely, spacious & serviced to a high standard.

The food is terrible, buffet style dinner with taste free soup & the worst selection for main course - greasy veg curry, tasteless chicken curry & gammon steak that doesn't look appetising - & desserts that's limited to chocolate or fruit.

To soften the blow we have received complimentary drinks, doesn't make up for no dinner. There's so many different & lovely restaurants in this area why aren't Jury's Inn competing with these other high standard establishments

User

It’s a nice hotel, needs a little freshening up here and there. The breakfast is shocking, it is always cold, and you have to wait 5 minutes st the buffet got it to be restocked. A lack of cups/glasses, poor service and more dirty tables than clean ones. Clearly a shortage of staff.
