You will get a great service from Justin... friendly always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for him....I take my young son for his glasses and can see him still going there when he's old enough to take himself...LOL..... He's great with children...100% recommend him.

Whenever I've been in either for an eyetest or to pick new sunnies I've had great service from Justin and his team. They're friendly and really knowledgeable. I'm particularly impressed not only with the range but also that he can either order lenses in or make lenses for you. As someone else has said Justin has a really good eye for picking out styles that will suit you, and has endless patience if you try on practically every single one of them! I also appreciated his team's help when I went a bit faint during my eye test (nothing to do with the eye test itself!), the optician (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) spotted I'd gone very pale and stopped mid test while she dashed off to get me a glass of water.

Unparalleled service from a truly great opticians. Always fast and reliable with orders and gets everything perfect for your glasses and sunglasses, too. Thank you Justin!

Unbeatable service. From the eye test - to the choice of glasses through to the fitting - and then superb after sales service. The type of service you only get dealing directly with the business owner - at about the same price as the supermarket.

To finally find a helpful and professional opticians. Had my eyes tested by a wonderful optician who didn't rush me and took the time to explain the tests. Then getting help to find a frame that suits and fits me. Great communication all the way and very happy with my new glasses that fit perfectly and look stylish.

Rang Friday as my sons glasses had completely broken into bits. Got appointment Saturday for eye test. Glasses ordered and here by Tuesday. Brilliant service. Now he's happy he can see again.

I have recently visited Justin Kellett after using a supermarket optician for a good few years( I have to have 12 monthly check ups ) and I have to say I am so glad I made the move. From having my eyes tested by a brilliant optometrist who fully understood my specific eye condition and was so very understanding, to the help I got choosing the right frame for me,the quality and service fantastic,nothing is too much trouble, if you want professional advice and eyecare don't doubt it give them a visit, you won't be disappointed

I joined his practice about two years ago after my previous practice closed and I was met with a really warm welcome.

Recently one of his staff found an issue with my eye, it was dealt with professionally and with compassion.

After an extremely thorough eye test I was pretty set on getting yet another pair of Oakleys which are my go-to brand. I am glad I didn't as Justin recommended some carbon fibre frames which were even better, knowing exactly what I was after. Fantastic service that you just don't find in the large chains.
