Happy Birthday to my mum 💖🎂
3 layers of vanilla sponge, layered with fresh strawberries, cream cheese butter cream, topped with white chocolate and strawberry angel delight roses and strawberries drizzled in even more white chocolate 😍 It was delicious even if I do say so myself! (Ideal for anyone who isn’t over keen on normal vanilla buttercream and icing , like my mum!) I could eat the cream cheese butter cream by the bucket load YUM 😋 🙊 xxx
