Two visits to Kaspa’s and had nothing but fab service and great food each time x
Took my mum here for her birthday today with my 17 year old daughter. What a great place, nice and clean, spacious and brilliant and friendly staff - Even though it was busy, they still had the time to pop over to see what we thought. Will certainly be going back again.... this time to try the waffles. 5***
Place is what it is serves delicious sweet treats, very generous size portions went with my 2 toddlers and husband and they could have shared as they couldnt finish their ice creams, saturday early eve busy but only had to wait 5 mins for table and 5 mins to queue and order (only 1 staff serving?) Ice creams out within 5 mins also. Nice as a treat as a little pricey but its delicious. The mint choc chip was a little too minty with the sauce .
First visit this afternoon. Staff friendly. Restaurant clean. Order arrived in a timely manner. 3 amazing desserts scoffed with glee. I'll be back!

A large group of us with children visited today, and if anyone has complained about service previously, they’ve taken note! The staff couldn’t have been better/more helpful (even with it being busy), and the food came out quickly, they even split the kids waffles onto two plates for us rather than just giving us a spare plate. And it was delicious!
Writing this having waited over 15 minutes for a table, and having waited over 25 minutes for me food (which still hasn’t even been started yet). Have been here before and the food is good, but the service and wait for food to be served is very poor. Appreciate it’s a Sunday afternoon and very busy, but if staffing levels aren’t sorted by our next visit, I doubt we’d give them a 3rd chance
First visit for me and whilst the waffles, sundaes etc were really yummy there is definitely learning to be had in the customer service area... Half hr wait for a table, then another 20 min wait in the queue to place the order, then another half hour wait for food to come out. Everything arrived at different times and we had lots of additional items try to be sent to our table that weren't ours. Improvements could be made by having waiter service for orders and a separate queuing system for takeaway ice cream. Also more people actually serving, with a bit of passion about them. The person that served me was like a wet weekend, very miserable. This place will be very good, I'm hoping it's just teething trouble. Will return in a few weeks time ����
Desserts were amazing and cannot fault the quality and taste. Definitely good value for money also. HOWEVER, the service is an absolute shambles. Had to wait 45 minutes for a table and the guy seating people couldn’t remember what order people had come in, when we finally had a table, after I had argued that we were here before the family had just walked in the door, there were loads of empty tables at the back. Once sat down I had to get back up again to queue for another 30 minutes to place my order leaving the kids unattended at the table in fear of it being given to someone else.
Only one person on the till who clearly didn’t know how to work it.
Why not do waitress service for the orders when they’re bringing the food to you anyway. Spent the whole time in different queues and found the whole experience quite stressful. The desserts didn’t come out together and I had to go and find us some cutlery!
Hoping a blip but if it carries on like that, people won’t be back!!!
Unorganised, orders come out wrong and the staff even argued when we produced a receipt. Hey even had to take out receipt away because they were getting confused.
Hot food came out before frozen food, half hour wait for food and 20 minutes between the hot and cold food.
Toilets also have no soap in the dispensers.
We’re going back to Jojos in brighton.

Not child friendly, was getting dirty looks because children were tired and hungry waiting 40 minutes for a waffle. Need more staff!!!!

Extremely noisy, very slow service, slightly grubby. Way too much sugar in the drinks.
Very Unorganised, staff didn’t seem to know what they was doing, had to stand queing for over 20 minutes for only one of our orders to come out right! Was very disappointed!
Not organised at all, staff was very rude to me, my family and other customers, had to wait 30 minutes for ice cream, we didn't have table serves either so we had to wait in a que, people can't always stand for too long so they should of had table serves so families and friends can interact with each other. Don't go here it's a waist of time and money
I was really disappointed today when we came in there was a 20+minute Wait which is fine bit there was no way of knowing who was first or next then when we got seated and went to order another huge que then next to be served "no more waffles" great I've qued for over 45 minutes so they said if ibwas willing to wait then that was fine so ok as this is all sister wanted we did. 30 minutes later their waffles come but my cake doesn't. (Which was in the fridge bit at the front) then we I went to the toilets the female were out of use so said to use the disabled but there is also vomit all over the floor with just a wet floor sign put on it. I know it was busy but this was disgusting and surely a breach in food hygiene!

Promise my son we would go here before a hospital appointment, I had left an hour and 10 mins for us to eat and then go.
We were told we had to wait 20 mins for a seat and were just pointed where to stand, after 30 minuets and other people after us being pointed to tables we were given a seat. The man returned with a book and started writing our names down to try and restore some order.
When I went to order food I was told there was a wait time of 35 minutes! I left and told the guy who looked like he was running the place this was ridiculous, not so much as an apology.
If you are busy, letting people know there is a wait time for seating and a separate time for waiting for food is a must to keep customers happy.
Disorganised, stressful and little acknowledgement of the customers, of you can't handle feeding that many people then do let yourself get full up.
