We came today for our first visit staff were friendly and the food was yummy.

Very helpful staff and fabulous desserts! My kids loved it!

Need to put more toppings on like at Canterbury. Considering the amount of people waiting to be served it was very quick and staff were polite

Service was terrible! Me my wife and my 3 year old ordered. My wife and daughters drinks came out. Then their ice cream. My coffee then arrive but still no ice cream for me. Was told it would be another 5 min. Finally 50 min after I had ordered mine finally arrived!! Not good.

The whipped ice cream tasted of new machinery. The ice cream needed better cleaning

I waited in the queue for 50 minutes all the while you let people that had come much much later than us be seated before us all because they had MORE people with them. I them waited in the queue again to order food and it took you 35 minutes to bring out my sons ice cream. Baring in mind the order was at the same time you didn't being my food out with his so I was sat there waiting and it wasn't till I looked over to somebody they said are you waiting for something! So it was cooked then! Should have been brought out at the same time!!! Came at 4pm and left just after 6! What an absolute joke, waste of time and waste of money because by the time mine came my son had finished and I lost my appetite from waiting so long. What a bad system letting people that got there that had only been there two minutes have a seat over us that had waited up to an hour! Should be first come first serve. Funny thing is you sat us on a massive table anyway after all that! What a waste should have got a refund.

I know it's only just opened but the staff clearly had no training what so ever! We first arrived and was asked if we would like to eat in, or take away? We said eat in please, so the waitress took us to our table with 2 menus, and 2 sets of dirty wrapped cutlery.

After a while we realised that you have to go up and order your desserts from the counter. (I would have thought the staff would have explained how it works) but no...



Staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, no customer service what so ever from the from of house staff.



After we ordered our desserts, they came out separately, I'd have thought they're have came out at the same time!



There was a lady on the table behind us doing coke! I thought the staff would have said something to her.



Definitely over exaggerated for what it is!

The prices are too high as well, won't be going again at time soon!

Dreadful service, staff wandering aimlessly whilst people waiting on food for 1-2 hours, ive been waiting hour and half and still no sign of anything being made. People demanding refunds and walking out, im doing same now... Fed up, wont be coming back

Awful got to kaspas at 8 still didn't have food by 9 then told that the printer had frozen
