Classes include fitness routines as warm up, warm downs, focus pad work, kick shield work, circuit equipment , i.e. Weights, battle ropes,agility equipment, resistance bands and more. If you wanna come join, us as instructors and fellow students, on reaching their goals and some wanting summer bodies then come down and give us a try! As said before it is a fun-filled session filled with routines and fitness along to your favourite music in the background! Kazoku-Fit welcomes all genders and fitness abilities since our motto is вҖңif you canвҖҷt do an exercise, please replace it with something you can do!вҖқ Our age limit is 13 years old (if they are coming on their own) or 10 years old (if they are accompanied by an adult within the class too!)

Wednesday evening is the highlight of our week. The kids and I look forward to training with our friends every week and feel priveleged to be a part of something so genuine.

Very friendly group made my little boy feel at ease from the start. He is now telling everyone and anyone that he is doing karate classes and cannot wait for the next one. Thanks guys :)

The friendliest bunch of people make you feel very welcome and help you develop karate skills in a supportive environment. Love it!

If values like humility, loyalty and integrity are important to you, look no further than this family run club.

I look so forward to training every Wednesday. Sensei John and his family are extremely passionate about this family run dojo. John is a dedicated instructor helped with his family standing next to him. The atmosphere is friendly but the training is superb. There is a new class happening soon, great another venue to train at.

If you are one of those people who think if only I was younger, fear not you will be welcomed into a friendly dojo. My heartfelt thanks to the Jarvis family, I know this club is going places.
