Staff are wonderful and friendly, a fantastic local cinema worth a visit. Such a great variety of films and a fair price. Love taking the grandchildren!

User

Staff always work exceptionally hard, always very attentive towards every customer, great experience, happy to go again and again ๏ฟฝ

User

Lovely old fashioned cinema with a good size screen. Nice and warm with booster seats for the kids so they can see. I'd say very cheap compared to big cinemas which, yes, may be higher speck but this is perfect for kids! Will defo go again. Thanks x

User

Love this place. Been coming here for years. It's nice and a bit more cosy and intimate than the bigger multi screen cinemas and such a beautiful building. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Look forward to seeing many more films here :)

Keighley is my hometown but I haven't lived here for a long time. I used to come to the picture house as a child of the 80s. Whilst visiting family this weekend and grandparents on hand to babysit we decided to go to the cinema to see a film that has been released that day.

Picture house has the full authenticity of an old school cinema, old style tickets and the intermission after the trailers prior to the film starting and brought back many memories, not really changing much at all in style.

Most amusingly we were the only ones in the screen watching the film. Private viewing of a newly released film - some people would pay loadsa money for that.

As enjoyable as that was for us, I hope this isn't a regular reflection of how little people use the cinema it would be a shame for it to get to a status where it is at threat of having to close again as it isn't used.

User

I love the traditional feel of the picture house. The price is good and it felt more relaxed. The only negative was it was too hot the heating could have been turned down quite a bit to make it comfortable. Even with this we will definately be going again.

I have used Keighley Cinema on and off for most of its and my life, in recent times it has much improved. It has always been a place soaked in history and nostalgia but hasn't always had the staff that the place deserved until now.

The staff in recent years feel to have a real love and passion for the place which spills out into the atmosphere, which is always welcoming and warm and nothing is too much trouble. The staff's pleasant attitude never waivers even in the most taxing of situations I have witnessed several situations - where I would have most definitely snapped - handled with calm, cool and sensible approaches, sometimes with a foresight which you would expect from someone of much more advanced years.

The place is always clean and tidy, and the staff are always smart and professional, they are a credit to Mr Morris.

I have worked with the public for thirty years plus, in various positions, and know better than anyone how notoriously difficult they can be, from child or adult. And everybody at least once in their lifetime should have to work with the public to gain an understanding of how difficult they are. So well done everyone for your constant hard work, good attitude and commitment to a lovely place. May it long continue.

User

Friendly staff, all the latest films & local.

Reasonably priced, decent seats (you want a sofa - stay home or travel.......simple) & delicious popcorn.

Keep up the good work guys.....you're doing great.

User

Fab place ... the staff are very friendly and the Cinema offers the latest films at very reasonable prices without having to travel into Leeds or Bradford. Well done to Keighley Picture House! ๐ŸŽฅ ๐Ÿ  ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’•

User

Put very good as it's handy and reasonably priced but I wish they would catch up with the times and get a card machine. Cash only in this day. Come on Picture House we're in the 21st century!

User

Loved this place, been a few times, my only gripe is how cold it is, had to keep my jacket on each time, other than that its a fantastic retro cinema

User

Love this old fashioned vintage cinema. We are lucky to have this in our town. I'm a member of Keighley Film Club who hold their regular screenings here so we also get to see films that are not mainstream. Also think it's great that there is the small cafe are at the back with comfy sofas where they boil a kettle for your cuppa! ๐Ÿ˜Š plus it's not silly money like the large complexes so it means you can go more often. People need to keep visiting this place to keep it going!

User

Love going to this cinema... good choice of films, comfy seats, always clean and very friendly staff....and the best mixed popcorn

User

Had a great time attending the Despicable Me 3 screening with my little sister. Had a discussion beforehand that I required disability assistance which they provided fantastically, with allowing me to find a seat first. The experience was a great one. Unfortunately the cinema did not have wheelchair slots therefore, my little sister was at the end of an aisle which was an ok; view wise. However, I do find it better to have a wheelchair slot, but for a small town cinema I wouldn't rule our going again. A big thank you to the cinema staff who made us feel welcome and go out of their way to make my experience easier.

User

Friendly staff, latest films and reasonable prices.

User

A shame to see empty on a saturday night friendly staff great film 10 minites down road need to put on some retro nights maybe or revive saturday matinee with nostalgic black and white just an idea

User

Was average. Defo needs a revamp. Ended up sat under a really bright light that was a bit annoying and it did get really hot in the room about half way through the movie. Was cheap and cheerful.

User

This is only based on yesterday's experience. Went to see Cars 3. 35 mins we waited for it to start far to long for kids. They were irritable and lose interested by the time it came on. Not an enjoyable experience.

User

It's not the most modern but we enjoyed our visit . Staff were polite and work very hard I noticed they do special screening for autistic children which i will be trying with my grandson
