Please be aware of the company VIVA Trips, whom we have received several complaints about regarding their trips and customer service. They are advertising on Facebook with Kent Union as a pick up point, despite requests from us to change this, but are NOT in any way connected or associated with us.
Make sure you check any company fully before parting with your personal information or with money. We only work with partners who have excellent reputations for safety and security and have ethical and responsible cultures.
If you have had an issue with this organisation, please contact our Advice Centre t. 01227 827724 or advice@kent.ac.uk
