As Disability History Month begins, we're hosting a Challenging Ableism Forum tonight in Grimond Seminar Room 1 at 6PM.

LinkedIn Local is coming to University of Kent to host a student special event.
LinkedIn is an underused platform by students and young professionals. We want to encourage students to upload their projects they are working on and to connect with potential employers with the hope of landing that dream job! Did you know that the way you use LinkedIn could change your future?
We will be running workshops on marketing, and how to build your personal brand. There will also be opp...ortunities for networking with local businesses and employers from lots of sectors. You'll be able to chat over a drink and build those contacts there and then! Stay tuned for more info on who will be there!
And as a bonus...representatives from LinkedIn will be present at the event to answer any questions about the platform!
