After much discussion both with staff and our advisors, we have made to desision to temporarily shut for for motor vehile repair, for a period of one month as from Monday 30th of March. The government announced that any vehicle due an mot from the above date will be issued with a 6 month extension, which potentially removed my staff from 'keyworker' roles. This desision has not been taken lightly as we care very much about you and your vehicles. I will be carrying out basic ...admin roles, checking answer phone messages and monitoring emails. If your are a keyworker with vehicle needs then please contact me, (I have not been furllowed👍) and will help wherever I can. Outside of that please stay safe and sensible and take this odd twist to spend time with loved ones. Hopefully this will help reguide our compass and give nature some breathing space. We have had a high volume of calls asking our position in this current testing climate. After much internal discussions with my loyal team we have chosen to carry on trade as 'usual' with a few adjustments. We have taken numerous measures to keep staff and client hygiene a top priority. All keys and vehicles receive an anti bacterial clean both on handover and handback. We have reviewed our allready clean workshop and introduced even further measures. If you have any question...s or concerns please don't hesitate to call , we review our working practices daily in line with medical advise and government guidelines. We ask if you feel at under the weather please do not approach front counter, we have a safe key drop box. We will endeavor to collect your vehicle if you are self isolating but again please call. We are also supporting our local community, so if you feel at all vulnerable or we are working with local businesses to bring unity and support wherever we can.
