fantastic class, great instructors friendly and relaxed. I have a very weak knee and some of the moves can be challenging but I do what I can and I am always included in the routine adjusting to my level. Would highly recommend to everyone- very welcoming and nice participants.
Would highly recommend this class to anyone!! Started this class to get fit and to lose weight for my wedding. It's good fun and you do sweat!! Thanks to Paul Truman i have gone from a couch potato and have lost 11lb in 4 weeks and still have another 2 weeks of the 6 week course to go!! I'm aiming for that stone ’┐Į’┐Į

Kickfit is a blend of ckd and self defence techniques with fitness and fun thrown in . My fitness levels are increasing every week without realising I'm working hard. I love it I'm addicted !!
I spend the 45 minute session laughing and sweating ! The time goes so quickly which keeps me motivated. The team are a great fun and Paul and Steve keep me in check. Give it a try you really won't be disappointed.
I really enjoy going to kickfit. Everyone is super friendly and you will definitely make friends. Paul is fantastic at noticing your ability and will challenge you individually. Great fun fitness!
I absolutely love the kickfit classes ...It's a relaxed, friendly environment with so much packed into each session. Paul is incredibly friendly and professional and clearly has an excellent knowledge in this area of training . I have joined to tone up and increase my fitness levels, I am already feeling the difference after two weeks of training.
If you're after a good laugh in a relaxed, friendly environment and excellent results...join today! I would highly recommend Kickfit to anybody :)
Great mix of punching/kicking combinations followed by strengthening/conditioning and getting some hints on how to defending yourself in tricky situations. I really loves these 45min classes as it's a fun way to release stress.
Great fun, good way to meet new people and have a laugh. Good workout, doesnŌĆÖt matter that I could only do 2 and a half press ups either! Really recommend :)
Fantastic class. No judgement, lots of encouragement and a great way to keep fit. It is a real confidence boost. i look forward to the classes each week. Great laugh and everyone is very friendly
