Went to watch Hampstead yesterday I love the Kino in Rye , lovely helpful and polite staff and such a comfortable cinema ....I was on my own yesterday but enjoyed the Ginger cake with lime icing along with a Latte, the film was great I spent a fabulous time at the Kino Rye...

User

We love this place. Such a great atmosphere. Although the food here is very good, it's not enough for a hungry husband that has worked all day so we normally eat in a nearby restaurant and then come here after. There are two cinemas, intimate and comfortable with a good view of the screen where ever you sit. We are now members as we like it so much.

User

The cinema itself is excellent, the teared seating is very good so everyone has a good view of the screen but what makes it special is the food and drink that’s available. It’s a cafe come bistro come bar and makes the trip to the cinema an overall fantastic experience

User

Such a quaint place and service excellent

User

Really great independent cinema experience.

User

Outdoor seating is lovely, food is delicious, Red screen cinema is comfortable, cozy and intimate. No popcorn but the Ice cream was yum. Staff were professional and helpful. £12 per ticket is about right for value.

User

Lovely venue. Front seats in “blue” screen (the smaller one) are great. Front seats in the larger “red” screen are too close. Better on row 2 or 3.

User

Lovely cinema , me and my son enjoyed throughly 😍👌🏼

User

LOVE! Well, it's all good when you live in a small town and you have a cinema on your doorstep showing the most recent films!

Love going to the Kino; friendly, good food, you can take your drinks in, great sound, well tiered, comfy seats..

I hesitated on 4* due to the lack of the coat rail that they used to have, great in the colder months when you're togged up, but hey ho, that's just being picky, apparently it's down to Health & Safety? A coat rail? Has the world gone completely MAD!!??

User

Had a date night with my hubby , we were told that Tuesday is buy one get one free so thougot we would have some of that , we saw Dunkirk and as I am disabled we had really comfy seats , will be going again great place

Comfy seats, pleasant and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

User

Comfortable chairs with excellent view of the screen. Immaculately clean with very helpful, efficient staff!

User

Always a friendly and professional welcome. An amazing space where you can relax before or after a movie. Good seats with lots of room and great sound and visual equipment. Prices are great value too. We always use it to see movies rather than the Hastings ODEON

User

A visit to Rye is not complete without a visit to the Kino. We thought rain was on it's way so booked to see Dunkirk, in fact, it was a beautiful, sunny day so we had lunch outside before the film (great avocado and feta on sourdough)! The two theatres are very comfortable, the sound and picture quality are great and there's a superb choice of food and beverages to choose from depending on the time of day. I have also used the private screening room for a kids birthday party which was very affordable. Great place!

User

Lovely atmosphere. Modern yet feels traditional. A very civilised viewing experience. Will definitely visit again. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

User

Selling first row tickets in the red screen that face a blank wall without informing you. totally different to the blue screen where the front row is comfy with laid back sofas. Same price.... total con and staff not all all interested. Had to leave half way through as too uncomfortable
