Knightwoodfitness Description
We're a small fitness company based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. Our aim is to provide the very best in fitness training whilst giving you an exciting new hobby to enjoy week after week. We offer classes to suit
all levels of fitness, so whether you're new to exercise or are looking for a challenge, you'll find something with us.
We presently operate Boxercise, Circuits, Insanity, and Legs Bums n Tums classes, with some great deals on including your first class for HALF PRICE! We also have personal training and massage services available
We understand that to many exercise can be a chore, so our aim is to make the classes as vibrant and social as possible. We encourage you to bring along a friend, and of course make new ones! Our classes are open to anyone, male or female aged 16 + .
