As some of our clients know this is my family, my nephew was diagnosed with cancer April 2018, Becky (my sister in pho...to) also gave birth to Sofia this year as well shortly after Tommy was diagnosed. Wow! My friend & I came along on Saturday for the woodland massage. Firstly I'll say what a little bit of heaven, peace & tranquility Laroma is. Beautifully decorated & made to feel so welcome & relaxed. We started off with a foot sauna-unsure of what it would be like, I can say that it was lovely. The heat was welcome on my feet & ankles & it helped ease the usual pains I feel with my joints. Next up was the woodland massage, I had Bianca who was amazing. She made me feel so welcome & comfortable. She really understood which areas to work on to ease my pain & the massage was incredible! The wooden tools were used to work on different areas & feeling them help to release the tension in my back was utterly surprising! After being able to move without the restriction & pain I usually have in my back was wonderful. I still am able to move a lot easier.

It was much needed time for myself & I can't wait to go back, so much so that I'm booked in for this Saturday too. Thank you to the wonderful Laroma Team xxx

Wonderful Hopi Candle and Indian Head Massage this evening! Never had anything like this before and all the staff are so friendly and calming they put me at ease!

What can I say I've been suffering from shoulder and neck pain for years and ignores it till it got to the point It was getting so bad I needed to do something... so I came in today for a Indian head massage not thinking it would make the slightest bit of difference to my neck and shoulder, how wrong was I... I can't feel any pain at all since having the Indian head massage and I feel so less stressed... all I can say is if your in doubt give it a go, best thing I did and have already booked my next appointment. Thankyou soooo much girls ��.

Went in for a Swedish massage with Hollie last week. Explained that I had some neck and back pain and Hollie said that as Swedish is more relaxing she would adapt it to go deeper into the tissue on my neck and back. Result was a wonderfully relaxing massage, with the benefit of working out some serious tension and knots in my back. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend, both the place in general and in particular Hollie, who was marvellous.

Went for a back neck and shoulder massage thismorning . When I arrived I was very stressed and tense but I left feeling completely different! Amazed with the change after just 20 minutes! Can’t wait to go back again soon! Thank you :)

So I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I am currently suffering with headaches and migraines. So I though it would be a good idea to treat myself and have a bit of me time (pregnancy massage). The best idea ever ! Was so relaxing and Laura herself did the massage. She's brilliant and so friendly. Going to have to treat my self more often !!! Thanks for getting rid of my 3 day headache !!!! My daughter goes to bohunt and she attend the box fit mind fit course we are so very grateful to Jay and Lauren for all there help as this has helped her loads.

I just had the best deep tissue massage i think I've ever experienced by Bianca at Laroma Therapies in Worthing. Feeling so relaxed and relieved. They also have heated beds so if you having womanly pains ladies it just takes all the pain away. If you need one pop down it's very worth it!

I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.

I had been recommended to Laroma by lots of people, so I have been desperate to make an appointment as soon as possible. I called up at the last minute this week, when I had been suffering from very bad tension headaches. I had a great chat with Lauren who was so welcoming and advised me on what would be best for me.

Lauren booked me in the following day and I had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage, plus reflexology with Bianca. I felt so relaxed....and I haven't had a headache since!

Thank you so much, I can't wait for my next treatment.

Hidden gem! I saw a friend liked this place on fb, so got my other half to buy me some vouchers. I had a 25min back massage followed by 25min reflexology. I walked out of there feeling like jelly! I was so relaxed. Would highly recommend the place

Had a really nice and relaxing full body massage with Holly and she found a horrible unknown to me knot and got rid of it with complete ease. Lovely staff, and is a really comfortable environment. Highly reccomend this place!

I've just started work experience at Laroma & I love it already! Laroma itself is beautiful, calm & serene. The girls I've met so far are very helpful & friendly. Lauren is one of the nicest people I have ever met & I can't thank her enough for this opportunity.

I just had the best deep tissue massage i think I've ever experienced by Bianca at Laroma Therapies in Worthing. Feeling so relaxed and relieved. They also have heated beds so if you having womanly pains ladies it just takes all the pain away. If you need one pop down it's very worth it!

I have been lucky enough to get close with the beautiful team here at Laroma for the past few months, helping Lauren at reception and in return gaining qualifications I would never of thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to do or achieve. I still have a long way to go but Lauren makes it all seem so doable. I honestly am blessed to have the love and support that I do from Lauren, Bianca and Saffy and couldn't have asked for more positive, happy beautiful souls to work along side. I'm treated to a lovely treatment once a week as Lauren believes it is important for us all to look and feel as good as we aim to make our clients feel and the treatments I have had from Bianca are well and truly out of this world. Really couldn't feel luckier to have this opportunity. Laroma is now my safe place, no matter what is going on in the outside world it melts away being here. It really is the healing touch.

I had been recommended to Laroma by lots of people, so I have been desperate to make an appointment as soon as possible. I called up at the last minute this week, when I had been suffering from very bad tension headaches. I had a great chat with Lauren who was so welcoming and advised me on what would be best for me.

Lauren booked me in the following day and I had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage, plus reflexology with Bianca. I felt so relaxed....and I haven't had a headache since!

Hidden gem! I saw a friend liked this place on fb, so got my other half to buy me some vouchers. I had a 25min back massage followed by 25min reflexology. I walked out of there feeling like jelly! I was so relaxed. Would highly recommend the place

Had a really nice and relaxing full body massage with Holly and she found a horrible unknown to me knot and got rid of it with complete ease. Lovely staff, and is a really comfortable environment. Highly reccomend this place!
