Something that happens to lots of budding lash artists is the dreaded lash burn out.
You are so focused on growing your client base and empire that you forget to look after number 1 (you).

In my most recent order however I received some faulty tweezers. When I rang the lady that answered was very pleasant and has offered to send me a replacement asap. Thanks lashbase �

I’ve used lashbase since first qualifying and they have just gone from strength to strength with their products. I’ve never had a problem thankfully but their customer service on dispatching items, Facebook, discount codes and general interaction is just fab!!

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service! I ordered yesterday and had ordered 6 of one item instead of one. I received a call today to check that my order was correct. I informed that it wasn’t correct and my money is being refunded on those items. Not many companies would go to the effort to make the call. I am so impressed! I have had a few questions when ordering in the past and when I message lashbase on Instagram they reply straight away! �

I have been using lashbase products for around 2 and a half years now, for eyelash extension products and more recently lash lift products and also pick up a few bits and pieces for doing nails from time to time. Their products are top quality, at great prices and also their customer service is the best out there. They also have a huge selection, and my customers are raving about their lash lift system. And to top it all off they are all really lovely people, who genuinely care about their customers. They have very recently helped me to rebuild my kit after being robbed. I can't thank you enough. I was recently let down by my glue supplier and although I do use other products from Lashbase I still got my glue from the girl I trained with.

Fantastic customer service, sorry I can’t remember the ladies name that went above and beyond helping to get some glue out to me ASAP.

I’m struggling to stay patient with LashBase, I’m always pleased with my products, delivery time and when I’ve had a problem with an order once they were great. But every time I do an order there’s usually at least 2 things out of stock. One item I’ve been waiting for nearly two months to come back in. It’s really frustrating and disappointing, it’s definitely something they need to work on.

I’m very happy with the products and their quality, but am currently extremely disappointed with stock control. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for 3D Russian volume C curl 11’s. Im left with no choice but to buy 12s and mixed trays which means I’m currently left with 5 trays of unused 7s and 15s which is basically wasted money that I didn’t need to spend! I’ve lost a little confidence in you guys at the moment and am nervous that this could happen again. You’ve told me that because they’re hand made and you’re waiting for them to be made, that’s why there’s a delay, but surely if you had your minimum stock threshold level set correctly which then prompts a remake/reorder, we wouldn’t be in this position. This is such a shame as I love the product but if I can’t get hold of it, you’re forcing me to find a new supplier :-(

I am commenting here for my mom because you deleted all her comments and queries that she made underneath your anti-SKY Glue posts. She asked you to please support your claims against the products you are slandering. However you did nothing and didn't even get back to my mom when she contacted you. Terrible customer service I would say! I am really shocked you would feel the need to try harm other products to further your own sales of your own branded products.
