About Lavender Tea Rooms
Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Available at this multi Award Winning Family run Tearoom. Loose tea selection-Popular for Private Hire or Small Parties.
Lavender Tea Rooms Description
Lavender Tea Rooms was launched in March 2013 by Hanna and Ben Heath.
Hanna has gained years of training and experience in the Catering and Hospitality Industry.
Having opened numerous Establishments for other Businesses in the past, Hanna and her Husband decided it was time to put all their expertise into their own business.
Lavender Tea rooms was born.
The Tearoom offers plenty for Lunch, all Homemade and all served in the finest China.
Large selection of Loose Leaf Teas and if you prefer coffee that's fine aswell as all coffee if fresh ground!
The tearooms table service, so once you get yourself a table , leave the rest to the Lavender Ladies!
Perfect establishment for a special occasion, birthday treat or a girls get-together!

We went to Havant with the intention of popping into Poppins. After deciding to leave due to being rather unhappy with the atmosphere in that cafe we entered the Lavender Tea Rooms. What a wonderful decision we made. My cheese ploughmans was divine and the Pavlova was one of the best deserts either of us had eaten in a long time. We will be returning to sample one of the amazing looking high teas which some of the other customers were eating. Thank you. X
We have just had a very lovely private hire with afternoon tea at the lavender tea rooms. 16 of us enjoyed plentiful sandwiches, delicious scones, wonderful cupcakes and beautiful meringues. Not to mention a large selection of hot drinks and juices.
The lavender tea rooms was the perfect choice for my friends baby shower and i would highly recommend the venue for any special gathering.
Service was amazing and the owner is friendly and inviting. From the initial booking enquiry right through to today she was helpful and accommodating.
Thank you very much. We will definitely be back.
Today my daughter and her friends came in for her 12th birthday, they had afternoon tea with mocktails (as they don't like hot drinks) and they loved every minute!! Staff were brilliant and attentive, the food was lovely and I can't thank you enough for making her birthday lunch special.
Suprised my nan today with a high tea for her birthday the staff were so friendly they even gave my nan a balloon. Would highly recommend food was really fresh the scone was still warm
Superb food, this is a Beautiful little tea room. Perfect place for a spot of lunch, or something sweet. By far the best I've tried in Havant. Waitress was a delight, and very efficient. We will be coming back.
Myself and some work colleagues were given a High Tea as a gift. The ladies were brilliant, catering for one of us who needed gluten free (just had to inform in advance). We had a beautiful table all laid out for us in a little corner which made it nice and private. There was a brilliant array of hot drink choices - loose leaf tea included - and you were able to substitute a hot drink for a juice if required. They catered for any food preferences and it was very quick service. Everything tasted lovely and fresh and we were even offered a doggy bag to take home what we couldn't manage. The standard high tea included 4 different triangle sandwiches each, a scone with cream and jam, a meringue and a lovely filled cupcake. Thank you so much again, I will certainly be back!
Met up with some friends for lunch we all arrived at different times and were made to feel very welcome. The tea was lovely served in a pot, jacket potatoes delicious and poached eggs with bacon or mushrooms very tasty. We were not rushed at all and staff were friendly and attentive. We will come again soon.

Just have to say what an amazing time everyone had at lavender tea rooms ! It was my 60 th birthday celebration and the afternoon tea was perfect !The service delivered was excellent not to mention the decor pink and silver balloons and lovely flamingo straws in the glasses what a great personal touch . Thank you all for an unforgettable experience ! I shall be coming again xxx
Just been to my Uncles Birthday Tea here.. The service was great and so friendly and food was lovely.. so fresh and tasty..
Held my baby shower here, it was on a Sunday so it closes and you hire the whole tea rooms out which made it so intimate and cosy, the staff were so lovely and even decorated. We had afternoon tea which was beautifully presented and really tasty, they even catered for a gluten free member of the party. Iv also come in during a week day for a jacket potato and that was really nice too, so yummy food and welcoming staff, would highly recommend! X
Had my surprise Baby Shower at Lavender last night and it was simply stunning. Hanna and the team couldn't do enough for us and the high teas we all had were amazing. Never disappointed when I visit this little gem, highly recommend οΏ½
Had my baby shower here today & can say it was truly outstanding! They accommodated 23 of us amazingly & the food was delicious! Will defo be back again & be recommending it to others. Thank you so much for making my day truly special οΏ½ xx
Had a lovely afternoon here for my daughterβs hen party. The service was perfect, table looked beautiful and they added balloons too! The high tea was amazing, large choice of sandwiches, plus scones and cakes! Would definitely recommend it! Can take your own prosecco too, which made it more special!

The sandwiches were lovely and also the scones we were unable to eat the lovely cup cakes as we were so full but were put in a bag for us to take home and enjoy later.

Best Tea rooms in Havant! Come here often on my lunch break from work, food is so fresh and very good portion sizes at good prices! I'd rate it higher than 5 star if I could. Love love love it!!!
Absolutely fantastic! Visited yesterday for my birthday, the service and standard of food was second to none. The majority of our party had high tea and it was georgeous, good value for money as well as great quality. We had China tea cups too and nothing was too much trouble, their attention to detail was brilliant they even put balloons on the table. Can't recommend enough, excellent.
Absolutely amazing afternoon tea at Lavender Tea Rooms today! (2 adults and 2 children) The waitress was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble at all, food was delicious and the atmosphere here is so relaxing! We all had a wonderful time and will def be back!!! Thank you!
